          Choosing things like archer pullups over normal pullups (even if you have to use a little assistance at first) and doing your pull-downs with a single arm instead of both at the same time. No need to overcomplicate. Keep the same set and rep scheme as you would normally. Swap them out for the unilateral versions for even just one training session and you immediately feel the difference in your lats

    3 sets is a dyel myth by nonlifting doctors looking for a number that sounds good when suggesting an exercise routine. It's a good amount for one lift but it's not some holy, set-in stone number and you get results with more. It's an ancient meme. Like three sets of wrist curls does nothing, bump it up to 6 man. People always b***h about small arms from powerlifting yet I've never seen a powerlifting program that didn't include curls. Problem was, they're always like 3x10 dumbbell curls and nothing else.

    Sodium is an essential nutrient and you should probably triple your sodium intake if you lift and you make an effort to avoid processed food. I was eating less than a gram at one point by focusing on whole food. Potassium intake is very efficient so if you, again, eat whole food, it balances the sodium intake. Low sodium intake is associated with higher all-cause mortality in rat studies.

    Vitamins outside of specific theraputic uses are mostly useless for gains. The only supps specific for lifting is maybe magnesium carbonate (an electrolyte so it's good like sodium) and prohormones. Dhea and pregnelone are cheap and the dose is low for an anti-catabolic effect. 50mg preg and 5mg dhea 1-2x a day depending on how old you are.

    Concentric only lifts are the best way to recover an injury. Pump training is essential for hypertrophy and the deemphasis on it has been a disaster on internet fitness communities. Like yeah, curling a soup can until it "burns" won't grow muscle but spending 2 hours to do 12 sets total in a workout is also killing your gains. Sodium helps with pump by expanding blood volume, accelerating nutrient transport to your muscles. None of the other shit in preworkouts that makes you "think" you're having a pump, like beta-alanine, do anything.

    Protein count alone doesn't build muscle, you need to have the hormones in your system for it to grow. This is why vegans suck despite on paper their onions being mostly the same as meat.
