      >I just don't wanna be the fatter one in the relationship
REAL. I remember when I was cutting down to uncomfortably low body fat and when I was graphing my weekly weight during my check-ins I would go no water, no carb the previous day so I could have a consistent measure. My gf said to me: you can't keep dieting, you're now almost as light as I am! I was so annoyed by this comment since she didn't say a word in the past when I ballooned up and got flabby

        Weak.
You can be leaner but you can't weigh the same.

          >tripgay
water retention accounts for like 10 goddamn pounds of bodyweight. that plus having empty bowels, having sweat yourself to depletion and not having eaten anything is like 15-20 pounds of weight fluctuation.

Every form of health indicator is a status symbol. Note that a "symbol" is not the same thing as that which it stands for - having a six pack will not magically give you health, or status. But they are a sign that you are more likely to be capable of obtaining both than if you didn't have them.

Abs are a sign of dedication and discipline in modern times
Just like obesity was a sign of wealth back then

Abs aren't necessarily hard to get, you just need to keep your shit together and have enough self control to watch what and how much you eat (cardio isn't necessary, but it helps out a lot).
Seeing someone with abs (not talking about roidtroons) tells me the man knows his shit and has self control.
I can't really respect any man over 15% bodyfat.

You've been posting the same photos for 2 years. You don't have abs anymore

3 months, not two years. I still do, not as a defined since I'm carbed up. I'm still at around 13%.

If you're trying to trick me into bodyposting a more recent pic, then it's not gonna work. I know I still mog you, I won't even bother asking you to post body (so you don't embarrass yourself).

        >lie on the floor leg raises
not raises rly, lie down and lift ur legs off the floor and keep em there point toes lock quad and keep legs right above floor, count breaths, move one leg a little up than the other and at some point the burn in lower abdomen will tell u to stop

utterly fricking great for abs, and planks, i like to go up and down from elbows to palms switching starting hand until upper abs burn - u know where bot? bot?

abs are a fitness magazine status symbol. they say nothing about your actual physical capabilities. it's always the most annoying homosexuals who show them off.

Some weeks ago while I was OHPing some ~18yo kids walked around shirtless in the gym, joking, presenting their bodies to each other, talking loudly, blocking stuff, laughing, fricking around, basically just annoy everybody else.
after a while they started caressing each others arms and abs, benchpressing 60kg inbetween.
couldn't avoid seeing them as I was in front of a wide mirror. already disgusting.

then they unironically started making out more or less licking each others whole faces.

When I was a teen 20 years ago having sixpack abs was your ticket to getting laid. I don't know how it is today but back then it was crazy.

There are less people with abs than there are millionaires

No better way to say „I’m better than you“ to fat and lazy people

    No
If you're tall and attractive you don't need abs, women just won't care
Abs are for manlets to COPE with
    Height > face > * > Abs
