Steamed vegetables keep all the nutrients lost from boiling. Also steamed broccoli>>>> boiled broccoli

Steamed chicken breast is based. I used to poach it because it was easier but now it's the same effort to steam, and you can marinade stuff and steam it. Make a marinade with miso and some garlic and it's good as frick

They do some things better than an oven or a pan. But overall, I would say they are not essential.

They are more a microwave alternative than oven.

I have an oven but I'm too lazy to clean it so I just use the air fryer instead

I got a smart airfryer which you can control with an app. I drop frozen chicken in it before leaving to work and when im going to head home i press start on my phone. Cooked chicken hot to eat when i arrive home, no woman required. I also airfry eggs, you can do it with or without the shell, its basically like boiling them but without the water and stove bullshit. Coworker said airfryed broccoli is great too but i havent tried it.

No, it depends on the type of meat and how you cook it. I recommend only using fattier meat(like ground beef) and not overdoing it.

I'll just stick to the pan, takes the same amount of time and I can easily control moisture for dat juicyness

Air fryers are convenient conventional ovens for a person living alone, but they can lead to unhealthy habits. You're more likely to use them to heat frozen junk food.

I like it for quickly reheating leftovers so if you make certain things in bulk it's a useful machine.

Airfryer is good but I had an InstantPot already, which is amazing too btw. You can buy the InstantPot AirFrying lid as a seperate attachment. It's really nice since I don't want another goddamn appliance sitting out on my countertop. Last night I cut up some plain ribs, set it into the instantpot on slowcook high for 5 hours, took em out, dunked em in bbq sauce, put them back in, put on the airfryer lid on broil for 10 minutes and that shit was incredible.

So yea if you already got an instant pot just get the lid thing. But if you must get your own airfryer make sure that fricker goes up to 400 degrees. Some cheap shit ones don't. Make sure it's dishwasher safe too since cleaning by hand is for poorgays and women.

I have one and an oven.
And I end up using it more, since it heats up much faster than an oven, and having a fan to distribute heat is nice thing.
I mostly use it to cook potato, chicken breast, and recently I started using it to cook eggs.
And it is an excellent toaster.
