Yeah. I like using mine for the stationary bike as it is more accurate than the approximation most cardio equipment guess at. Still not 1to1 but a good idea of what zone my heart is in. But when it comes to lifting it just gets in the way.
Is the heart rate tracking accurate on those cheap Xiaomi mi bands?
That's about the only thing I care to track because I have a hard time pacing myself running when not on a treadmill that has a heart rate monitor on it.
its not that accurate but its accurate enough to be useful. you have no reason to buy anything better unless you a pro athlete. and if you are a pro athlete you should be using a chest strap heart tracker not a wrist band.
Everything except the podometer is near-random. Even the GPS which you'd think is solid tech works so bad it can't even guess what street you're on making it worthless.
heart rate tracking is legit, it allows you to see how hard you can keep pushing without killing yourself, which is awesome to maximize cardio gains
the issue? most heart monitor watches are fake and inaccurate garbage, and the usable ones are obscenely expensive
basically a luxury for vapid rich people, like crapple stuff
They are not tremendously accurate (except as step counters & run trackers) but they tend to be pretty precise, so seeing trends can give you a lot of insight. It helped me recognize when I was waking up in the middle of a sleep phase which helped me tremendously.
Works on my machine.
tracking fitness is the dumbest shit ever. just workout until tired. it's not complicated
I like them for tracking sleep. Sleeps the biggest influence on lifts and cycling. Helps me understand when I'm being a weak ass b***h vs tired
Useful for endurance, shit for lifts.

literal apple shill, and a eurocuck to boot
He praised the Huawei watches tho
>eurocuck is subservient to china
wow weird
I like tracking my steps

The garmin I got from my wife as a gift has pretty good gps and is pretty comparable to my garmin at overlander gps I have in my truck.
I like how my tracker makes incels and DYELS seethe.
trackers are mass market products, dyels are the main consumers
Step counters are a meme
Just lift and do 20 min of a cardio and you will healthy
10,000 steps are only recommended by youtubers who spend all day not working so they have the time to walk 2 hours a day
So you not walk around during the day? I can easily hit 7k steps just by working in a store.
Yeah if you happen to work on your feet, you naturally get the steps, that's fine obviously
I work a desk job and can't be fricked walking 2 hours after lifting
You can literally walk a min of 7k around your house.
Try 45 mins of zone 2 bike cardio. IMO better health gains and less time investment
I personally just run at Zone 2 for 50mins. I'm a fatasfatass though.
I thought the point of office work is that you do 20 mins of work then walk around pretending to be busy for 20 mins.
depends what you get
the garmins are top tier accurate

they're nice to track runs, especially with GPS. gives mileage/splits/calorie estimates/heartrate, etc and the ability to see trends over time
They are not tremendously accurate (except as step counters & run trackers) but they tend to be pretty precise, so seeing trends can give you a lot of insight. It helped me recognize when I was waking up in the middle of a sleep phase which helped me tremendously.
The ones that look like your pic are a meme. Get the more expensive ones.
