Potatoes couldn't be eaten prior to the invention of fire and weren't available in the old world
Have any there been any IST societies with a rice based diet?

Virtually every civilization had a starch based diet.

In fact, potatoes have only been regarded as food for roughly two hundred years now.

That's if you can muster enough energy to get up from the couch, fattie. I'll bust a nut inside your sugary colon while you're at it, before your heart explodes from all the visceral fat compressing it.

No of course not. You know that carbs are basically just sugar right? I don't even count it as food, it's more of a drug than anything, literal poison for your body. For the past 7 months I have been doing carnivore and have never felt better in my life. Most of my diet consists of eggs, ground beef, and chicken. Maybe a small peace of fruit every few days, similar too how our ancestors are. I have never felt better, more energy, more focus, better lifts, higher sex drive, girls more attracted to me ect

Yes, in the rare ancient fruits and berries.

Yes, but humans are supposed to be moving for many hours a day and not have access to unlimited food.

Humans are not supposed to have glycogen constantly topped off.

      >humans are supposed to be
this is the lowest iq argument for anything. You might as well tell me humans are not supposed to be outside cause the sun radiation can harm us

We aren't. Our pale skin evolved as an evolutionary tradeoff so we didn't die of rickets from vitamin D deficiency in exchange for the risk of skin cancer, which is especially magnified if we ever go back to further southern latitude than our skin evolved to handle.

Humans didn't evolve to handle frickloads of glucose chronically being dumped on them when all their muscle and glycogen stores are loaded. Humans never developed mechanisms to really deal with that.
If you get mega autismo triggered with that here's he same fricking thing:
        >Humans can't handle glucose being constantly dumped on them when glycogen is full without long term health consequences

not only does this post clearly the nature of misunderstand pre-agricultural human diets being entirely geographically dependant, but it also does not understand the basics of physiology

you're clearly a lazy troll trying to stir a pot you dont even understand because if you were in fact not a NEET moron you may have the wherewithal to do the most basic of research instead of posting dumb fricking questions on an anonymous image board

Pretty much everything except wheat flour is ok in moderation. It's difficult to eat too much of the good carbs, they satiate too quickly.

Yes but you are supposed to be doing movements like lifting things, running and pulling yourself up or pushing yourself away from things.

If you are some primal gay Chimpanzees for a comparison they eat a heavy diet of nuts, fruits and seeds as well as eggs, birds, monkeys, and larger animals they can scavenge the remains of the really funny thing is Chimpanzees eat Kola Nuts which are very high carb but also have caffeine meaning we have had a close relationship to caffeine.

    tl;dr stop being a homosexual.

As long as its not man-made carbs (fruits/vegetables/grains we have after the advent of the agricultural revolution), carbs are fine.
Modern-day humans are 100-200k years old, the agricultural revolution is 10k at most.

We can, just not too much every day or else you develop diabetes. But anyone saying, "we're not supposed to because our ancestors never had it" is the dumbest argument. Everyone is driving and using phones for fricks sake and we all can kill cavemen with our new diseases and guns

        Anonymous

This. It's also extremely feminine because you're eating off of pure intuition and emotion. Cavemen were moronic and had no idea what they were doing and died in mass from eating poisoned and diseased foods. I believe the most healthy foods in the future will be extremely processed and nutrient dense.

Agriculture is as old as humanity and Im sick of 'scientists' and 'historians' saying otherwise.
Civilization has been the default state of man since we were created by God. Looking at braindead indigenous Black person peoples or the survivors of fallen civilizations who were forced into caves in the mountains etc due to cataclysmic events (cave men) doesnt mean anything.
