        don't. science says cardio very much kills gains from strength training if you do cardio within a time window of the strength stuff. if you want to be more time efficient just superset, or do skill stuff like hand stand training

    Don't do "cardio" it is a waste on pretty much every level. It's not even the best at developing cardiovascular health & endurance. Just do strength endurance routines. Much better for you than cardio. Most forms of cardio are too long & too intense & trigger a cortisol release. Its not a meme gentlemen.

    Its the truth. But only the dumbass examples weve been told to follow, like running & jumping jacks. There are better ways now.

      As mentioned, burpees & sprints. You wanna hit that peak heart rate as quickly as possible. So any compound movement is going to be a lot better for jacking the heart rate up. Honestly, the absolute best would probably swimming a few laps in a pool at max power.
