Just eat 100% perfect nutrition 100% of the time
"Is coffee good for you" head ass...
>miss it
>Take poorgay suffering from nutritional deficiency
>Doctor prescribe them supplements
>Is instantly cured
my doctor prescribed me one 20 years ago and i haven't been sick since
you should eat properly instead, but if you can't or don't for some reason it's beneficial
it's not good to depend on it for long periods of time
if you live in a world country a multivitamin is pretty much useless for regular use
if you are ever hungover or are drinking too much then a multivitamin will help metabolize the alcohol faster so you may be less hungover.
if you really wanted to take a vitamin, get tested and see what you are deficient in.
the average person can probably safely take d3 + k2 and magnesium (check the forms of magnesium),
tl;dr food > multivitamin
>get tested
Autism. Just use cronometer (tm). I started eating more white beans after learning i got basically no calcium or magnesium. Even with my multi. Switched vitamins too.
>all nutrients entered are 100% bioavailable
Turns out it is you who is the moron.
was just gonna say this
take these, 100%
>d3
>magnesium
>zinc
take this if you dont eat fish for some reason
>omega 3
take this if you are lifting
>creatine
rest is not mandatory
How much d3 to take per day? Everywhere I look gives a different answer. I'm thinking 2-4k per day?
2k is enough, 1k is good
Can I take creatine without the baldy thing? I'm already a manlet, can't afford to suffer from baldness too
The balding thing is a meme.
>t. guy who took creatine for 15 years and didn't lose a hair until he was in his late 30s and got on TRT
Not required when you have a balanced diet, it just means extra work (strain) on your kidneys. Good if your diet is lacking. D3+Calcium is good as your body does not naturally produce it. Life is better when you’re not depressed with osteoporosis.
Literally just eat food.
Chances are you don't need 90% of those extra vitamins and it'll all get pissed out (high dosage multi-vitamins turn your piss neon yellow, like pissing Mt Dew).
i just like them because i get to have some yummy candy in the morning
i lile them they are yummy 🙂
meme if they’re not methylated
i eat the same shit everyday with little variation.. probably would have a deficiency somewhere.
$14 at costco and i get to eat basically a few gummy bears a day. it's likely a net positive
>goo goo gaga yummy gummy
Meme. Multivitamins give you too much of what you don’t need and not enough of what you do need. Get a blood test and figure out what you need.
Single formulations are always better than multi.
My stack:
D
K
Zinc
C
Copper
DHA/EPA
CoQ10
they dont work like you want them to, but if you eat like shit you should take them
you cant just take a multivitamin and think your completely covered
so many minerals compete for absorption in it that nobody knows what your actually getting,
probably like a 3rd of what it says if that
I take half a multi mainly because the ones I get are more expensive (they're "high quality" supposedly). I eat pretty well so I just take this as a precautionary measure to fill gaps.
Other things I take
>Vitamin D I swear by. Improved my immune system immeasurably in the winter.
>Iron. Was diagnosed with low ferritin (not anemic though). I stopped getting canker sores once I started taking these. Will probably stop once my ferritin levels get back up though.
>Copper and Vitamin C to supplement iron absorption. Though I replaced the copper with eating liver as of late.
>Magnesium just because everyone recommends it. Not sure what exactly it is doing for me though.
>Beef gelatin powder - has amino acids, good for skin and bones, decent low cal protein source.
Sometimes my nails get all cracked looking and if I take multivitamins it cures it. Idk why.
Anything synthetic is bad for you
I had a sports hernia for over like 5 months. I had trouble healing, until I took some Calcium-D3 vitamin gummies. It helped healed my sports hernia. No placebo.
Most of them are legit, but people expect to take them and then turn into Superman over night. The benefits of multivitamins, unless you're from an impoverished third world country, aren't going to be super drastic and life altering. Plus, you have to consistently take them as directed for months to actually get any benefit.
What vitamins to grow my dick and loads?
Zinc, magnesium, vitamin D
L-Citruline works like a mini Cialis
