YOOOO man . I need your help. I have become overly self conscious of my body and want to stay lean . I love rooning around the basketball court, dribbling my ball and I do calisthenics. I'm hoping I could stop restricting so harshly . It's really hard .

You know that you're restricting harshly, but Brandon you also have to know that if you're very active it's hard to eat so much that you get fat. If you need to gain to a healthier weight slowly then you can lean bulk and only gain 1/4 - 1/2 of a pound per week and make the muscular gains without gaining much fat at all. The amount of fat gained even after 6 months would be lost in a 4 week cut. It would also help you gain plenty of muscle because you'd basically be microloading your calesthenics week to week on top of increasing your reps. It's scary to think of yourself getting fat but that won't happen if you stay careful. You know it rationally even if your feelings are telling you otherwise. You got this man. Don't starve yourself down to nothing. It's no way to live

you should do weighted situps, real slow and sexy like. laying leg raises are good too but I prefer hanging or the apparatus with the bosu ball and pads you hold yourself up with your elbows. cable crunches are also highly advisable.

Mine have gotten more pronounced from lying leg raises WAY more than from ''functional'' stuff I do like kettlebell swings and farmers walks
