No. Every single source you could look at would say no, yet you still ask. Just do it. I can already tell you're the type to just do it fricking anyway as soon as one person says yes in a sea of No

    Nurse in a dermatologist office.

UV increases your cancer risk. No way around it.

Small amount is better than large amount, but any amount is bad.

It is what it is. Decide if it’s worth it.

Humans have been outside in the sun since the dawn of man. Doctors tell us to stay inside and avoid it. Wtf?!

OP, have you ever seen a middle-aged sunworshipper on vacation? Notice how their entire body looks like a repulsive, mole-covered scrotum?

Just because you survive long enough to reproduce doesn't mean your lifestyle choices won't lead to health complications later in life.

Skin cancer is not caused by normal healthy amounts of sun. Poor mood and other disorders are caused by a lack of it. Vitamin D is a hormone. It literally contributes to making people feel good.

Your entire industry of sickness is a fraud. As long as you never question it and immorally look the other way, you get your paycheck. Just another complicit criminal.

Yeah they are. The old style more simple ones can be used for vit d during winters. The fancy "high pressure" ones don't work but the cheaper lay down ones do if you hop in for 5 minutes rather than scarfing down "sunshine pills" that end up being toxic after time.

I’ve done a lot of reading on this. It’s same rays that come from the sun but stronger. From what I can tell that problem is it’s stronger, so docs complain about it. So short sessions are probably fine. Just don’t burn and go every day for months like stupid people that think leather skin is attractive

Just take your shirt off in the sun. If you're worried about getting sunburned, then why the frick would a tanning booth be any better?

People who use sunbeds tend to be leathery as a handbag from my observations.

People say its stronger/more dangerous than the sun outside, but ive burned after hours in the sun more times than I can remember. That has to be doing damage. I've never burned getting a base tan for the summer on sunbeds. 10 mins, 3 times a week, until even then once a week to maintain.
