    1 is fine. 2 is pushing it. They hand out beer at a lot of marathons to runners and trail running events. Obviously water or sports drinks are more ideal, but a beer isn’t going to be the end of the world. That said, drinking by yourself is fricking pathetic behavior.

    Drinking while doing any strenuous activity sucks. Having a couple drinks while fricking around playing some sports with your friends is one thing but trying to do any serious lifting/cardio it fricking sucks. And drinking beer is even worse than liquor

    nah ive drank beer before heavy sets outside in the winter because my squat rack is in my backyard and it helped more than anything
