I have succesfully made my wiener bigger. All of the length gains I've made have been via stretching (about an inch). I also believe that there is a limit that most guys will hit from doing stretching. All of the girth gains that I've made (about 1/3 of an inch) have been via angion method. I believe that both can be done safely but angion method is probably the safest exercise out there.

I think it's probably because stretching is like lifting. You have to do it for 3-5 years to get gains. Very few and I mean literally like 0,000000001% actually stick to it. They stretch for maybe a week, maybe even a month but probably not and say "this is a scam" whereas pump gives pretty much instant results though not similar.
