It's all tinged by the fact they are all selling something. If they advertise absolutely anything in their posts then their feed is unreliable.

      This guy

      Will Ratelle.

isn't selling anything, nor does he beg for donations. Moreover, he actually know what he's talking about having both trained and studied extensively. His 2 minute videos contain more pertinent information than any hour long rants from a bunch of bodybuilders who don't compete in bodybuilding.

You can only make so many videos about how to bench press. The best you can do is search for an exercise you interested in, watch the shortest possible video and then that's it. The rest is just fricking cringe.

just watch flow high performance and create your own programs if you're new and need quality information
once you're more experienced about a year into lifting you can experiment
then after two years you definitely need an extended strength phase for a year
then you should have enough experience and you should be hitting 2/3/4/5 1rm as a natty if you really trained hard and ate ok
    nothing needs to be perfect
minmaxing only becomes important once you're very experienced
a normal human being should be content at that point though and just use the gym to keep his physique and have fun

Nah he’s right. All fitness “content” is the same regurgitated clickbait trash.
If you actually cared about bodily health you would go to a seasoned physical therapist. Nobody is helping you through a video on a screen.

I usually listen to Sean Nalewanyj and/or Jeff Nippard, and some older Scott Herman videos.
Sean is down to earth with no bullshit even if he shills his programs. Usually short videos.
Jeff goes really deep into what you should and should not, helped me with couple of lifts.
Older Scott videos are godsend to newbies, they short as frick, and you can easily check them on your phone between reps to see whether you are doing something right or wrong.

Alan Thrall's not bad. He doesn't have much to shill you unless you live close enough to his gym for a membership. He's not even putting the apparel at the end of the videos any more. The channel's kind of turned into his blog but some of the older tutorial videos have helped me.

Cavaliere gives some excellent alternatives to common lifts, Nippard has a lot of value for no money spent.
They're both destroyers of broscience which is very welcomed.
