Are these people superhuman?

I am also in STEM and all I do is either work out (5x a week) or study or cook my meals. There is no free time for any hobbies, for friends or for dating. Meanwhile guys like picrelated got full D1 scholarships, have friends, date, get good grades, STEM degree, get enough sleep AND work out like crazy. Am I just genetic waste? How do they do it?

HAHAHAHAHAHA I'm a 20 year old "software engineer" with no degree probably making as much money as this homosexual and this job is the easiest shit in the world. It's not even real engineering. Any pajeet could do it, white people just do it a little better.
Being a "software engineer" is no longer something to brag about. It's the same as any trade like plumbing or carpentry, it has become so easy that it no longer requires a degree in most cases and you're a moron for wasting money on a degree for it in [current year]. It's not real engineering, to call it so is insulting to real engineers (mechanical, electrical, etc) who have to learn and use mathematics and principles.

A lesser known redpill is that there are different energy systems across individuals and if you didn't get the pro max battery life like Trump you basically can't compete. Pretty much anyone you see at the top has the top tier system, people who can fully function near 20 hours a day week after week barely needing to sleep or sit down. If you didn't get it, you didn't get it and you won't be able to achieve at that level.

This is true, some people just need less sleep. Trump is notable as he’s fully functional with like 2 hours of sleep per night. I think Benjamin Franklin or some other founding father was another example

This is not true. I know some older people who led this lifestyle for years and then they wound down after 20 years or so - either retired early or took on a much less demanding role after a short term career break. It took their bodies months to recover from that lifestyle. They would sleep for 10-12 hours a day and still feel like shit. Their doctors couldn’t find anything wrong with them. The sleep debt is real.
I had similar experiences with uni. When I came home during the breaks I would sleep most of the time for the first week

That's just another type of energy system, my Dad has exactly what you're describing and so did my ex girlfriend. Freakish endurance, could work two days in a row with no sleep if they had to but always had to pay the piper eventually and sleep insane amounts to catch up.

That's not the same system as Trump, Benjamin Franklin and Winston Churchill who can be junk food binging alcoholics who never sleep and still be running for President with no sleep debt nearing their 80s. Wouldn't be surprised if a few Olympians like Phelps are like that too.

You can always settle into a "normalcy" in whatever you're surrounded with. Just look at people that have no hobbies outside of work? They probably feel like they're super busy too. They'd probably describe their lives as busy. How can both the person in your OP and the person I'm describing both say they're busy? To themselves, they both are. it's their reality.

If you push your boundaries, you'll be able to add another hobby or thing. You'll then become accustomed to it. You can then either stay there, or add another thing.
Sure, there is a cap where the more you add the less you're able to excel. But that limit is likely MUCH higher than you think.

Doctors don't get into endurance races because they have more time than anyone else. They're just used to a high amount of stress and "busyness" so that adding another item is just a drop in the bucket.

Adderall. There were a lot of articles a few years back about how students learn what to say in order to get an Adderall prescription. The students interviewed said they could either spend all of their time studying and sleeping, or they could use Adderall and do those two while also having a social life.

There's probably a better option these days, but Adderall abuse is rampant at top universities. If I were in college again, I'd be using it, too.

That's how I felt in Mechanical eng. too OP. If you aren't from a rich background and/or have 140iq+ your experience is normal. Just my weekly class load was 25 hours. I had no car, drove a bus from a tiny apartment, prepped all my meals....0 family support, lots of stress. After you've had 5 hours of classes, you don't really feel like doing anything, even 5h of mental work is a lot for me. For some reason homosexuals here don't understand that mental energy is finite. Keep your head up OP, you're gonna go through it.

These people had their entire lives planned out by their parents from the moment they were born, and their parents have the time, money and discipline to put that plan into action. Plus they got lucky in the genetics department. To compare yourself to such privilege is foolish, they are the 1%, and most of them will waste their good fortune all away when they become adults.

I am 24yo now but I have always wished my parents forced me to play a sport as well as a music instrument. However, they were fricking lazy and so I was a lazy kid too. Now I have to pick up the scrapes, work out 6x a week, trying to get into a sport, practice the piano every day and also getting a college degree. It's impossibly difficult. If my parents put me on the path as a kid everything would be fricking easy.

Even if you get a solid 8 hours sleep a night, you still have 112 hours to use in every week. You could work out for 10 hours a week, and spend another couple of hours a day cooking and eating your meals, and you'd still have 88 hours left to do all your studying, get in some hobby time, have a social life. Wait until you have kids, a job, and a list of household shit to get done that's longer than your arm, then you'll really know what it is to be time poor.
