I don't know if this has anything to do with seed oils.
I do think the whole suncream industry is a scam though.
If you don't wear suncream and are just sensible with seeking shade you naturally build up a tan throughout the seasons which then protects you in the hotter months - that's how your body is supposed to work.
People think you "need" suncream because they wear suncream all the time and then go one day without it and burn because they have no natural tan. Or instead of gradually exposing they get their exposure in massive spikes. They sit inside all year and then go to the beach and lie in the sun for 6 hours straight and then wonder why they burn.
As a child I would have burned after 30 minutes of sun exposure, even until recently when I made an attempt to cut back on seed oils. Now unless I am spending over two hours in direct sunlight, I wont burn and will get slightly red after that. Fell asleep on a paddle board for an hour and a half and zero burn. Probably just correlation, also any sunscreen that isnt zinc is really bad for your skin
This, morons love to obsess over seed oils like it's the entire cause of Amerimutts being fat and wretched but it's 100% best to avoid them and PUFAs however you can. It's in basically any restaurant food since its so cheap so if you don't almost entirely eat food you cook then it can be hard to avoid
Good choice anon I'm only 32 and had a BCC cut out of my face last year. Only ever been burnt a few times in my life and now I have a big scar under my eye
Stay safe in the sun my fellow aryan bros
They are, where sugar is actually useful as a source of energy, vegetable oils have no use their presence in your body is completely negative and harmful

Both are highly processed vegetable garbage.
don't eat ground meat then. it's even more processed than sugar.
No, but they will give you long lasting health conditions after years of consumption. Sugar can have immediate health implications

Depends, I guess not, no, but I avoid sneed oils more than sugars.
Like sugar, they're a very easy way quickly shatter your daily calorie intake. But over-consuming sugar causes more metabolic dysfunction.
That's fricking moronic. I didn't use oil for years and still got burned every summer at thpe beach. Which is fricking obvious an should be a given.
