Are veggie oils only bad when they are oils? or should I also avoid the veggies which they came from?

Olives and olive oil are good. Olive oil isn't a Sneed oil, it comes from the fruit itself. Your issue with it is that it's likely not even olive oil that you're buying but canola oil.
Avocados are good and I would suppose that actual avocado oil would be as well but it's most likely goybean oil if you buy it.
Coconut oil is also good and not really faked but it's not great for cooking since it's so smoky
To avoid wondering if you're getting what you're actually paying for, just cook with grass fed butter/ghee and tallow

This is your intro to oils
Feel free to cook with beef tallow, lard, or butter with those oils

Macademia and fish/salmon roe are really good if you can fit them in your budget, but with exercise and the oils mentioned, you should be fine

You guys are actual morons and doing real damage by spreading this garbage. I dare you to get your cholesterol levels checked, loading your veins up with saturated fats is going to have you dead by 50

OP just go for olive oil / high oleic vegetable oils / avocado oil / coconut oil. the actual redpill though is that you shouldn't be consuming so much oil in your daily diet that this even becomes an issue. Even if you're consuming sneed oils now and then, or even saturated fats like butter and animal fat, your intake of oils should be generally low enough that this doesn't become an issue. As in--- don't cook with shitloads of oil, don't eat garbage fried foods or high fat snacks. Even when eating oil in moderation though, don't listen to morons who tell you to eat/use exclusively animal fat, they are either going to die young of heart attacks or are malicious trolls

My cholesterol is fine and you're not contradicting anything I've said beyond beinf scated of saturated fats, of which is not terrible as animal fat is probably the most absorbed and least taxing macro calorie

pretty much any whole food (unprocessed) is healthy.

It's the means that the oil is extracted and processed. Olive oil (if it's legit) is crushed to a pulp and placed between a hydraulic press where the oil is harvested. Canola oil, by comparison, is crushed to a pulp, chemically washed, dewaxed, bleached, and deodorized.

If you've ever tasted raw canola oil you'll know why they mutilate it like that. It tastes fricking horrible in its natural state.
