    No. Because it serves no benefit. Doesnt make me gain any more muscle thats naturally possible and makes the cut longer which means that I actually in the end make less gains because I have to spend longer on a deficit. Slow bulk to 15% max. Preferrably over the entire year. Then 2-3 month cut to 10-12% bf.

    I have no clue. InBody 270, Tanita RC-360, Tanita RD-545, Navy method and some other method some anon posted that I forgot give me numbers ranging from 3-15%. Eyeballing it, I'd say 20-25%
