    Started doing front and back curls. No visible change yet but it seems to make keeping correct posture when standing easier.

        yea I'm kinda memeing but they suck to do and I'm not noticing significant gains so I'm just gonna stop for now. too many areas need volume and I don't have as much gym time as I'd want lately so I'm cutting borderline stuff

    Get one of these goofy looking things. I noticed a difference almost immediately but I lifted big in high school so some of it was prob just regaining.

    My necj and traps are already thic, the only things i never needed to work. My arms however are too small. I dont think theyll ever be big enough
