Metabolism is literally aging. Thank you for confirming. I say this as a gym rat who works out every day, I know anabolism is extremely aging but I'm here for a good time not a long time.

Consuming nutrients, breaking down said nutrients, using the nutrients to make more cells to repair all the cells you damaged in the ice water like a dumbass.
Yes that's aging. That's how this works. Please refer to that high school biology book you never read.

You don't damage your cells from the ice water, you activate your natural defense mechanisms that improve circulation and increase mitochondira in your fat tissue

mitochondria claim could be legit since youd have 6-20x the mitochondria ( in almost every cell) comperared to nucleus

naked human body develops signs of freezing at 0C in just 30 minutes, half that amount if the weather is windy i presume
its possible to train it to adapt to harsher temperatures like a runner would train his leg strength and stamina-incrementally
it also follows the 2-week adaptation pattern that if you stop training you would lose all cellular, nervous, cardiac and pulmonary adaptations you gained before through regular training and return to your base level in around 2 weeks time
there are people that can stay under ice water for what seems like a lot but you need to understand this
                >they took a long ass time to a achieve this
                >their vitals down to internal body temp are really close to a state of coma, unconsciousness or death-the heart is stressed out, breathing could be a huge discomfort, no blood flow to extremities
                >the benefits are questionable at best
look at the scandi youtuber that drank vodka and slammed into an ice water every video
he died from what seemed to be a small thing to him-he did that shit for 5+ years constantly, he adapted to ice, ice cold water, snow and cold dressed just in his panties
                yet he frickin died

clearly bait, but this is the result of anabolic exogenous hormones that artificially increases testosterone activity. Testosterone has many effects on bone structure and skin quality, which is why you can accurately point out any roiders by their roidskin, even women.

That's true, wait until people find out that protein ages you like frick. Remember when fats were demonized? Now carbs are demonized, it won't be long until that changes. Protein ages you hard and gives you cancer. You read that here first. Eat some protein, but not as much as these frickers in the industry advise you to. Nutrition specialists don't know shit yet, and those that do are getting paid and are shills.

                This.
60-80g of protein is enough to build muscle depending on your size. The more protein you eat the faster you will age

            >reduces inflammation
inflammation is just one step in the healing process. delaying it will age you more. you should focus on reducing the stuff that is causing your body damage which forces it to be become inflamed.

Oxidative stress is the main component of aging, it is what causes cell damage and telomere shortening. Oxidative stress is combated with anti oxidants. There are hundreds of different types of anti oxidants and they are mostly available in berries, fruits and veggies. Only a few are available in meat and in high proportions, but anti oxidants can turn into pro oxidants if there is too many of the same ones so meat is not a good source of anti oxidants because you just get the same ones in too high proportions.
