Why do you do this? You've been doing it for upward of a decade at this point. Nobody wants to eat your SEA zogslop.

    >u like sardines? have 3 cans a day
    >u like eggs? have 10 a day
    >u like steak? have 3 a day
    >u like milk? have a gallon a day
    >u like bread? have 20 slices a day

why does everyone need to go to the stupid extremes with everything? how about you balance your diet like an adult instead

Those aren’t that extreme except maybe the steak one

I'd have to say 10 eggs a day is pretty based.

      The what?

Sardines have negligible heavy metal amounts

The BSAA is usually there to stop BOWs in your deenz. I usually eat one can a day.

Half a tin of KO Brisling along with avocado, egg and sauerkraut is my typical brekkie. I could eat more if I went with cheaper brands, but I fret about quality with that sort of thing and I don't want to get sick of such a based foodstuff.
Anyone have experience with tinned cod liver, or tinned oyster?

I started getting "into" deenz and it was the worst mistake. I can't enjoy cheap cans anymore and that's the whole point of eating them.

I got a can of codliver but I'm not sure what to eat them with and I'm not sure if they're crunchy.

It's spreadable, like a pate. You can put it on crackers or toast and it'll taste great.

I just started eating deenz and honestly shit is a nice snack. What’s the best tasting, best quality, brand of deenz? I’ve been getting King Oscar and they’re solid, albeit a tad fishy.

    Enjoy your mercury poisoning.

No; sardines are the best fish one can consume if concerned about mercury (Hg) levels in fish and shellfish. Data from FDA (USA-Food and Drug Administration) shows that the average Hg level in sardines is extremely low (0,013 PPM (parts per million, or milligrams per litre)
