Arms are all about getting as ridiculous pump as possible, seeing how big you can get your arms filled with blood, when you cant even move them as they are so filled amd pumped, thats when you know youve done arms, if you dont feel like your arms are about to explode from being pumped to the max you havent done enough reps all strict all perfect form no cheat just pure pump

This. And yes you need an arm day. Superset everything:
      >Rope pushdowns X rope curls 4*15-20
      >DB french press X BB drag curls (never in front of Children) 4*15-20
      >incline DB curls X close pushups 4*F
      Just PAMP those frickers.

What's the intensity philosophy on an arm day? I've been doing ppl and always start with a compound at max intensity, followed by accessories when I'm more tired, what should my main movement be on arm day?

In my experience that doesnt matter for arm day since you go for pump on every single exercise. So I just choose exercises that I connect really well with. If you want to put it in the main/Accessoires frame work just do dips and chin ups as """""main lifts"""" and whatever else you want after that

    This body looks good
What makes a body look so hard and cut? It's obvious OP done something right with his training AND diet but I can't exactly say what. It simply looks cut and dry and hard, not flabby at all. Why is that? Even when I cut and I'd argue ESPECIALLY when I cut, I look flat and flabby and pasty. OP Pic looks ridged and good honestly.

Water weight. Seriously. Compare combat athletes cutting water weight - the before and after shows exactly what you are talking about. Even at low body fat, you will look curvy and soft if you have a lot of water under your skin. And even with mid bf%, you will look tren-like if you lost all that water.

It's also the reason why some people look cut at high bf% and some people look chubby at low bf%.

I don't have one but I really need one. Should it be just 50 varieties of curls and skullcrushers for maximum ROM or should I incorporate chinups, close grip bench and other compounds but biasing them for arms?

Based. A man's center of mass should be below his waist.

Homemaxxed gay here, I have a couple of kettlebells(16 & 24kg), a couple dumbbells (10&8 kg) and rings, what's the best arm day I can do

Inb4: just go to a gym. Not an option for the next 9 months to a year, I'm doing running and cycling for legs but don't want to lose all my upper body gains, specially arms
