    Assuming you mean biceps mainly
    >dedicated arm day
    >barbell curls or ez curls
    >10 sets, each taken close to failure
    >when you can get 100 reps in those 10 sets, add weight next session and start over
    Try it for a while

        Idk what to tell you anon, you just do it. Close to failure might mean 20 reps the first set, rest two minutes, 13 reps the next set, then 11, then 9, 7, 6, 5, 5, 4, 4

    Break your arm exercises into bicep and tricep days. Never work both at the same time that way you can rest one side while you work the other.

    Miscellaneous advice:
    >You should use the same amount of free weight to curl that you use to do tricep extensions, if they're not equal then lay off the curls until your tris are caught up
    >on back day, do lat pulls underhanded, not only does this stretch your upper back better it also works your biceps
    >I had a lot of success building up biceps with the preacher curl machine, go heavy as you can with lots of volume

    Alternate between both arms when turbo wanking. Aim for 10 sets a day to failure, 5 on each arm.

    Mind-muscle connection is important. You need to focus on the contraction of the muscle you’re exercising. Keep it under tension, and push yourself hard but not so far that you injure yourself. Keep your reps controlled and focused. Try a bunch of different cable and dumbbell exercises, variety helps me a lot.

    do some biceps iso + triceps iso supersets, 4-5x10-12, 3 times a week, dbs and cable exercises preferably, mix them up occasionally
