    It makes me more relaxed on stressful situations one hour after intake. It lasts two hours and then it starts to weaken. I don't advice to take it like a supplement, it feels more like a strong beer without the alcohol impairment.

    It's shit, Tongkat Ali + Cistanche + Shijalit is the top tier combo, assuming you already have a healthy diet. Adding some Vitamin D3, K2, Zinc, Magnesium and perhaps some Apigenin doesnt hurt either.

    I tried both KSM-666 and generic Ashwagaradanwakaba and both did not give me much much results. I feel slightly relaxed that's all. Like a very light Alprazolam dosage. I take it 1 hour before sleep. Now, I stopped taking it .

    I take that and Maca as well. Those are my only supplements other than 5-htp and basic vitamins.

    yeah but no I mostly take them for the stress benefits and recuperative properties.

    seems to work, I generally feel and perform better across the board.

      What maca you took? I tried the Gelatinized powder one from NOW, I take 5 grams and I dont feel a thing man. I dont feel a thing man.

    I have the spring creek walmart brand 1300mg with about 3 or 4 peppercorns to inc absorbtion.
