    This is because your routine really *doesn't* matter, you can get results from any of them and it really all comes down to YOUR schedule and what YOU enjoy doing.
    And if people say your routine sucks, there's no contradiction there, believe it or not. If people are telling you that, that's because you're missing out on or undertraining certain movements or muscle groups. That's a very different thing from arguing which is better between ppl, full body, bro split, etc because all those different routines are meant to target everything.
    None of this is supposed to be complicated, it's all common sense and posting all the spastic frogs in the world won't change that.
