There you go, lastly, not all food is even used as energy in the body, making calories non-applicable to those foods. Protein for example isn't used as energy most of the time, if you overeat protein it is debatable that it will even be stored as fat. I'm not sure about animal fats but it could be argued too perhaps, but even then, people hardly overeat because they are forcing themselves, and when you eat appropriate foods there will be strong satiety signals for when you've eaten too much, which you don't get with carbs. So considering the fact that it's difficult to overfeed, and it's even debatable that overfeeding on certain foods will lead to fat storage, it makes calories pointless unless you want to moderate carb or goysclop intake. Anyone who believes in calories believes, in effect, moderation/restriction of their goyschlop, instead of just getting rid of their goyschlop entirely or eating it very minimally. No animal will get fat or need to track shit eating the diet they were designed for.

I don't agree that the yogurt bowl is clean. Its trendier, but the banana is pure sugar, the smoothie is pure sugar, and the granola is pure sugar. Its also been spiked with 30g of nuts and seeds, which arent bad but are driving the calories up. If your goal was to cut you wouldn't add all those nuts and seeds.

When you eat keto, your body is making better use of the food and it's ramping up hormonal processes throughout your body. The type of food you eat matters. Grams of protein, fat, and carbs matter. Amounts of bioavailable micronutrients matter. Calories do not.
Calories don't even exist. Your gut is not a furnace, it doesn't matter how much heat energy food produces when you burn it. Your gut chemically breaks food down into its constituent molecular parts and uses those parts as building blocks in numerous processes throughout your body.
