    Calisthenics late 20s to 30s
    Weightlifting and running 30s to present

    18, I attended a gym for a couple of years before but all I did was frick around on cardio machines. I wish I started earlier but some don't start until they're mid 30s, so whatever.

    I have always stayed physically active ever since being a kid. It stuck with me my whole life so far. What shitty parent lets their kid sit around sedentary all day?
    My 3 year old sees my weights and workout equipment and already wants to join in.
