    Liver and renal function
    Complete blood count
    Thyroid function
    Some vitamin levels (B12, D)
    Lipid levels
    STI tests

If you're in your 20s, I recomend starting. Do it yearly, or every 6 months if you're feeling fancy

Lmao I'm laughing at them. Sex-havers love to act all cool, but then they're carrying around all these diseases from sleeping around.

This. It'll allow you to catch some pretty heinous shit going on if your body isn't working properly, and give you time to correct it before it gets out of hand.
You don't want to find out you have high cholesterol when you have a heart attack, or that you have diabetes when a cut on your leg turns into a sore that won't heal for months.
You can ask for a T test if you'd like, and they'll give it to you, but I don't think you should worry about it unless you're showing symptoms of low T. But do what you feel is right.

In theory it’s a good idea to get checked out every year. Blood tests are kind of nice to have over many years. In practice a lot of doctors push meds on young people and ruin their lives. This is especially true if you make the mistake and tell them you’ve ever had a moments of sadness in your life. They also be push blood pressure medication pretty hard.

If you’re fat and active you don’t need to go to the doctor until you’re like 60. They just weigh you, ask if you smoke and take your blood pressure. If you want something like a colonoscopy or prostate exam, just book one of those directly.

I mean if you’re not fat

Blood tests are a waste of money, if you feel good you’re good

This is terrible advice. Atherosclerosis is asymptomatic and with history of heart disease you can get an MI in your 60s without being obese. Depending on race blood pressure is also something you have to be careful of if you don’t want to doe out of no where with an aneurysm.

Total T isn't enough, you also need to look at LH, FSH, SHBG/free T, estradiol and prolactin.

There is this thing called the internet. And if you really need a prescription, there are walkin clinics (at least here in the US), where you go and give the person $100 and they will write you a script for anything you want.

I agree. Doctors are entitled corrupt useless morons who don't do their job properly 99% of the time and will likely do more harm than good.

Agree. A man must learn to be his own doctor. The body's healing mechanisms are unlocked through fasting, which gives you access to things like stem cells and the actual eradication of disease from the body. Many quotes about food, rest and fasting are the best medicine. Doctors are a joke right now, but mostly because everyone expects them to be the ultimate authority on basically everything. You are either using the doctors to better your health or they are using you to line their pockets.

Haven't been to a doctor since 2015 when I needed a medical clearance for a visa in a foreign country. Feel fine. It amuses me that people need to see a israelite every few months to feel good about themselves.
