Sometimes I eat more than I want to because I feel like it didn't eat enough to build muscle. Depends, it's very easy for me to ignore hunger cues now so I generally eat 5 raw eggs in the morning and at least one big protein heavy meal, I kind of mentally try to shoot for 2000-2200 calories so if I don't have enough I'll drink whey hot chocolate
I box and in that class we do calisthenics but it's mostly cardio, my training outside needs to be more structured honestly. I just lift whenever I'm not sore and I lift high rep till failure usually. I have trouble targeting my delts and lats which are the main things I want to build

Tracking stresses me the frick out, I can't deal with it because a lot of what I eat are meals I cook so I can't count the calories exactly, like a soup for example. So I track what I can (eggs, protein powder, etc.) And make sure I'm getting enough protein. I kind of mentally estimate how much a dish is calorically (which I'm good at since I was autistic about calorie counting for so long).
And I skip breakfast often, I've been trying to build the habit of eating it. I'm never hungry in the morning so it's just easy for me to drink eggs before coffee. I have a close friend who bakes me lots of bread so if I have some ill have a slice of that too
