muscle loss/unhealthy doesn't matter as long as it's quick, tasty, filling and effective, hoping to do as much water fasting between eating days and need other shit to fill the gaps as snacks

        Well, the only thing other thing you can to to accelerate that weight loss is movement. I cut on similar calories, but most of my deficit comes from walking. I crank out 15k steps a day. 10k steps daily at your bodyweight would likely be no small amount especially cumulatively over weeks.

          not a walker, if I could get a treadmill I would but even when I was single digit BF I was too big and would frick up the track....

          Wish they made some kind of rowing bike that could fit my enormous ass

          I tried carnivore to help with as much fasting while staying in ketosis the whole time but even eating tenderloin and wagyu ribeye daily I got fricking tired of that shit quick

          for some reason lobster mac and cheese works really well

          guys consider this a backup plan to help me lose as much weight as possible so I don't fall back into old weights. ei instead of binging uber eats If I fail my diet I can eat lbs of fruits and not gain weight, looking for more cheats like that. In the end the main weightloss component is keeping most days under 2kcal and fasting as many days as I can.

          price doesn't matter just time to prep and freshness, I can't keep buying 5-10lbs of fruit all the fricking time and throwing it out if I barely use it, same for celery and greek yogurt

      Just learn how to make soups, stews and broths. Its mostly water, tastes good, and fills you up. Theres virtually limitless possibilities.

      I made some beef stew out of some on sale spare ribs and the usual veggies and made like 20 pints of stew for ~40 bucks thats sitting in my freezer. I thinnk 3 pints of the stuff (big mason jar full) is like 1500 calories, full of everything you could possibly need (i do rollings 48's and this sustains me for that time without the need to supplment on the fast). And tastes good.

      any premade stuff that is common?
