Physical therapist will put you through puss workouts and tell you to stretch. When my low back starts hurting I know it’s time to exercise it more. Use the hypertension chair and do however much weight makes you feel a good burn at 20 reps but don’t go to failure. Throw some collagen peptides in your protein shake. Maybe ask your doctor for some diclofenac or just use ibuprofen
Start stretching daily
If you also want spiritual gains try yoga
Learn to deadlift (read SS) and then get it to 4pl8 and you'll be gucci. If you disagree you don't know how to deadlift and are dyel.

Most people that have lower back pain have anterior pelvic tilt so maybe look into that. Pic related will stretch your inner core to take some tension away from your back and lunge stretches will loosen the muscles and tendons through your pelvis. Stretch thoroughly through your pelvis from all angles equally.

I’m sorry anon. Been there. It will probably never be exactly the same again but it will get better. Use a foam back roller multiple times a day and get massages. Ibuprofen helps. And stretch! I drive around w a cheapo knobby massager on my back sometimes. That’s all what worked for me
the most important thing is to determine the root cause of your back issues
for me it's various muscle imbalances in my hips and surrounding areas, probably from years of slightly bad posture when sitting and other dumb shit like that, which was then exacerbated when I first snapped my shit up
once you have that, you can attack those problems
what has helped me the most is working on strengthening weak muscles like my gluteus medius and minimus and trying to strengthen and strecth (as the two go hand in hand) my abs lower back, quads, hamstring, tfl, and so on. Also some foam rolling.
bulgarian split squats, couch stretch, pigeon pose, heavy band clamshells, and lying side leg raises seem to have made the most difference as far as I can tell also back bridges and goblet squats and trying to sit in a deep flat footed ass to grass squat
