Obviously the cure is to brush my teeth when I'm a 14 year old but wtf do I do now that I'm grown up and fricked? What do I even ask for?

I tried oil pulling with coconut for 2 weeks, no results. Now I am trying a mouthwash with 1.5% paroxide in it, so far still not whiter after a week of that too.

you know that teeth aren't actually supposed to be white right? Should be a very pale yellow, people with white teeth are more likely not only overbrushing but also simply staining their teeth white because that's what you have to do in order to get them white.
Now if your teeth are like gold yellow, then you're fricked.

You don't really need to do anything but show up. You go to the dentist, he or she examines you and creates a plan of action. It takes half an hour at most and then they arrange your next visit.

I go to the dentist every 6 months and I have tartar on my lower front teeth like a week after getting a cleanup it fricking sucks. It's only on these teeth. Maybe it's because it's sigthly crooked. Not my teeth but that's the idea.

The edge of my enamel are also a bit difuse. I don't use toothpaste because it has fluoride and shit on it. I also have geographical tongue which has got better since it started so I dont wanna frick it up because toothpaste has always that spicy flavour to it that it's irritating and goes all over your mouth.

Ok OP I was in similar position as you

Fix short term things. Fix cavities etc. May need some fillings

Long term you need to fix your habits. Brush with flouridated toothbrush, floss with water flosser and thread floss, mouthwash. Do this after every meal. Use straw for drinks

Long term get Invisalign and use those crest strips/get trays

You will need to go through a lot of pain to fix your bad past habits. Good luck

im not op and I have 0 cavities, doc said im not prone to it

i have a waterpik but waterpiks suck, they build up tons of mold, this shit is so gross I stopped using it:

imagine what's inside the machine where you can't see. tubes + moist = mold. running it throught vinegar listerine or whatever the frick doesn't give me a peace of mind there aren't mold spores by the time you wake up. someone should make a transparent machine where you see what's up inside.

i already use a straw for the orange juice. i also drink pomegranate juice but this shouldn't be that relevant afaik to use a straw there, rest of drinks dont matter

invisalign im considering but i dont wanna get xrays also im not sure if i would need extraction since i have 2 half grown wisdom teeths and i dont want to remove them since they don't bother me

i already have the electric toothbrush that came with the waterpik

          >flouridated toothbrush

im not sure what you mean from this. if there was a way to keep the fluor exposed only to the emanel then that would make sense but the fluor goes all into your mouth tissues etc, do not want.

don't this release some chemical bullshit in your mouth? I could get the profesional whitening treatment from a reputed clinic in here but once again, these things probably put chemical shit on your teeth that are slowly released with time and 20 years from now will be discovered it's bad like when they used to put mercury amalgams for fillings

that's why i never put tap water in my mouth

and waterpik sucks and builds up mold. that's why they don't make them with transparent cases no one would use them

and flossing fibers suck they break between your teeth and leave tiny fibers
why isnt there a better flossing alternative

Learn to floss, get your own picks and find a toothpaste flavor you like. I hate the strong mint toothpastes.
I get spiderman strawberry. I've found have 3 options helps me not get bored so I have a mint & a licorice that'll I'll add a dab to the strawberry. The strawberry licorice is surprisingly nice & feels very clean.

flouride is better than no flouride since (they) wont release a better alternative after hundreds of years.

just dont flush your mouth with water a few times after brushing so you dont have flouride left over in your mouth
after brushing, ive been doing that for over 2 years now and my teeth are perfectly fine and im going to the dentist
for the mandatory "clean up" against any plaque/tarter whatever its called built up over time

youre fine as long as your tartar/plaque isnt built around the whole tooth so youre not in the risk of tooth loss
but should at least be moderated on your own by flossing at least every 2-3 days minimum and everytime you
feel that you have something between your teeth after eating.

also id recommend using an electric toothbrush

Is it because you worry it might calcify your pineal gland? If so based but so as long as youre not an npc you shouldn't worry about toothpaste doing that. I use toothpaste and im fine. And if you're that paranoid just take some high quality iodine to combat all the shit the government is shitting on us to calcify our third eyes.

Get it professionally whitened at a dentist once every 12 to 24 months. Also:
    * Use something like Sensodyne Pronamel to keep your teeth tough and healthy.
    * Floss, or at least use a flosser, once a day.
    * Brush twice a day.
    * DO NOT use whitening toothpastes. They wear away your enamel and cause gum recession. You will have fricked up teeth and need tens of thousands of dollars in dental work in 10 years if you do.
    * Use a soft or very soft toothbrush and gently scrub in a circular motion.
    * Chew sugarless gum for about 15 minutes after every meal to help remineralize your teeth.

it shouldnt encase the entirety of the tooth, the more it builds up will likely just make the gum receede further,
yearly checkup is mandatory even if you take care of it properly with flossing regularly but if youre sloppy with
maintaining your dental hygiene, might want to go within the coming months

Not the entirety so far, just near the bottom and just a bit in between them but my teeth are kinda crowded which create some moronic angles and space for them to accumulate.I wouldnt want to brush them too hard so not to further erode my teeth and gum.Using those jap apagard premio and soft toothbrush at the moment.Tried the mi paste but shit kinda made my teeth sensitive. Thanks for replying, youre correct in your post but shit giving me anxiety ever since my last visit.

im in the same boat, im usually just having the botton section front teeth building up these nasties
and never liked people touching me, even if i had 2 women beside me the last visits doesnt make me
feel any more comfortable with people poking around in me but at least im not having some dudes
            fingers inside my mouth

i really regret not having had braces when it was free since its usually only that one single tooth in
the middle on the bottom that ever bothers me, would cost me a lot of money to have it done now

would probably make it so much quicker and easier to floss if all my teeth were perfectly aligned,

              >a recommendation to all youngsters.. dont miss out on the braces
True, looks like before 18 is best since your gums are still growing and would adjust easier, doing in later in your life will sometimes gives you receded gum and pretty much on retainer all day since the now aligned teeth can move back. Not to mention older people might need a couple of tooth removed for the braces and space for the new teeth positioning.
