maybe from if u want ur surgery done by some unexperienced technician while the actual surgeon eats cheetos. u're gonna be paying around $10k for a quality hair transplant, or u can just cheap out and get botched then do several others to fix it. idk, ur choice. also the good surgeons with consistent good results are booked 2-3 years in advance. u'll also have to keep taking fin for the rest of ur life else u'll keep balding and need more transplants later.
dont get a cheap one, u'll have ur donor area overharvested and ruined cuz they care more about doing 10 surgies a day for max money than giving you a good transplant. then u'll have some newbie technicians wantonly stick hair on ur head while the actual doctor is there for like 15 mins in total and leaving for lunch.

I've already been bald for 6 years or so, who am I going to fool? Also I don't want to worry about maintenance and I am not even just talking about keeping my hair but also styling it every day and getting regular hair cuts and then worrying about how my hair is gonna look throughout the day or when it gets wet or windy. Even when it's a full head of hair it can still look like shit when the when the hairstyle is ruined
