I can look like a 3/10 or 7/10 just based on how my hair is parted and compliments my face. If I go bald then it’s over.

Yes, unless you have a model tier face, going bald is the equivalent of turning into a manlet. You can get pussy, but you are playing on hard mode.
You guys always say face is the most important thing in physical attractiveness, correct? Well hair makes up 50% of your face area. It's not a separate thing. If you have a great haircut you get bonus points. If you have a shit haircut or bald, you get malus points.

        >Yes, unless you have a model tier face, going bald is the equivalent of turning into a manlet.
It's neither a problem for baldies nor manlets, the simple fact of the matter is that being bullied in your formative years and spending all this time online has stunted you, everyone around you can pick up on this, you've got the charisma of shit stains on a wall. I know ugly men of all kinds who never had your issues, but they played sports, were invited to parties, were invited to go on holidays. Looksmaxing is where autism and bottom barrel males go to cope, average jock never had to worry about looksmaxing despite being an ugly ogre

It's not a combover, he combs it sideways. There is hair growing out all over the top, every square inch. I mean there is hair literally growing out of the temple on the right side of the photo, every bald guy lose their hair first on their temples when they starting in their 20s.

He's seen significant balding. It looks normal on an old guy so we don't notice it. But on a 21 year old this would look crazy.

Your father has balded much less than average but still objectively a large amount

His hairline has been the same since forever. His hair is dense af.

Saying "all men bald eventually" is bs. I work with 45 year olds who have thick lush hair with no recession. The owner of the company I work for is 70 with thick hair that has maintained his hairline from his youth. Actually, now that I think of it, I have met very few bald/balding men in my profession. Maybe something about it helps you keep your hair. Or maybe hairlets just avoid hard and dangerous jobs.

have a nice day. If you're gonna to spread propaganda, at least make sure it's based on some sort of factual reality. No, baldness is not caused by lack of vitamin D. No, baldness does not "skip" a generation. No, baldness does not single-handedly come from some homosexual on your mother's side.

Yes, baldness is determined by the genes of both your parents. Yes, you're more likely to go bald if your father/brother is bald. Yes, the genes for balding are essentially a dice-roll.

I fricking WISH I couldn't care and just shave it, but I've been in enough situations where women have spoken freely (usually drinking) to know that they fricking HATE bald men, going through dating apps with them and if a baldie comes up it's an automatic no, usually paired with a laugh, and if talking about men that they know in real life if it's not an automatic no it's a "yea, but he's yknow, bald :/". there's NO winning if you don't have some freakishly uncommon feature like height or being handsome, if you're just a regular guy relationships end at your hairline

On dutasteride for 1 month again.
Last time I used it with oral minoxidil it killed my hair-loss, from 30 hairs per day to zero by month 4

What are the sides like with dutasteride?

        Anonymous

A bit milder than compared to finasteride.
The only significant side-effect I get is stomach bloating, which is unbearable with fin but less bad with dutasteride

the facial aging is by people using it to grow beards because its usually in an alcohol solution, however it gives you real racoon eyes regardless of application method

nah because its a vasodilator, it's not a side effect so much as just an affect, just what it does. having said that I can't TRULY confirm as a 1st hand source (because I've got cats so can't take min despite REALLY needing it lol), but it's a noted effect and every guy you see that talks about taking it has the exact same eyes

no, some fearmongers just spam in vitro studies but "it doesn't seem to be the case in vivo". oral sometimes causes water retention and can give you puffy eyelids or dark circles. I'm taking 5mg capsules and haven't noticed it yet

            Anonymous

Even studies show that the side-effect profile is similar between the 2.
Its not uncommon to have people with side-effect on fin and be side-effect free on dut

dutasteride without a topical antiandrogen is moronic. you get double the amount of testosterone in the scalp, which also ravages hair

I've used dut with topical min for almost a year and my hairline is proceeding.

        Anonymous

Could happen, that's not always the case though.
Most people still losing hair on dut is due to the activation of different pathways that rend the drug useless, not the increased scap test when the drug functions accordingly

If a man loses hair, it's normal male patern baldness and you can be extremely healthy and still lose hair, there is nothing to be fixed.

If it's not hair loss, it's height, if it's not height, it's dick size, or shoulder width, or muscle insertions, etc. etc. yesterday there was a thread about wrist size ffs. None of this shit matters. None of it is healthy. You don't need to be or look like 'chad' to get women, and you don't need to get women to be worthy. It's such a strange interpretation of fitness. For now, yes, that's literally nothing, looks completely normal.
Don't listen to morons saying "if you have a tiny widow's peak now it'll be massive in 5 years", there is no rule. That might happen or it might stay exactly the same for 15 years.

    24, NW2, maybe even 3.
i cut my hair very short. 3mm on the sides, 15mm at the top so it already looks a lot thinner but letting the hair grow out a little in the future could already remedy that.
but other than that should i start doing treatment? ive watched a couple videos and it seems a little high effort. especially the topical appliances.
