I'm afraid this might be happening to me, but it could be for a variety of different reasons, including death grip, prostitutemongering and porn taking away all the novelty. Can topical fin also have this effect? My dermo said it's not likely.
Yeah topical fin still goes systemic as it enters your bloodstream. It can go less so depending on how much is applied. In that case though you might as well just cut your pills and go for a lower oral fin dose. Personally I'd try oral fin and then only try topical afterwards if I get sides from ingestion. If you're actually getting bad sides from topical fin I suggest you drop the drug altogether, but I hope you're not noceboing yourself.
The pic in the OP is 108 days progress of fin 0.5mg daily. Pic related was 80 days in (so less time in than the OP). Fin does not guarantee regrowth, for most people it's marginal. It STOPS the hair loss progression however. I def had regrowth; apparently diffuse thinners respond best to the drug. According to The Hair Loss Show on youtube if a hair strand has gone to under 50% of its original thickness it won't recover. You can lose 50% of your overall hair before it's even noticeable btw. Catch this shit early or the Norwood reaper's gonna frick you. If you get sides you gotta drop it and accept being bald. Or go for pyrilutamide, that's legit, but Idk how available it is yet. Plus it's brand new so dunno about the long term side effects profile :S

why'd you start dut? do you feel differently on it than when you were on fin? did you feel differently when you first started fin compared to when you weren't taking it?
dunno why you'd lose more hair on dut than fin though. maybe your hair loss is just accelerating. is dut 100% fool-proof? Idk. I think some ppl do report losing more hair on dut though.
I've read that you can experience accelerated shedding during the first couple of months. Might be what's happening to you. It will stop eventually and you'll start regrowing hair.
dut often has the side effect profile that people meme fin has, fin reduces dht by around 60%, dut nukes it 100%, with fin test picks up the slack caused by lower DHT, with dut its too much
