Do you believe I should remove all plates when done?
For example, I rarely see people use less than 1 full 45lb plate (per side obv) on squat racks. So why should you bother taking the last one off if the next guys 95% likely to put it immediately back on?
Second example, linear leg press. Currently I'm pushing 10 plates total on it, I've never seen even skinny b***hes use less than 2 plates total. I think it's completely acceptable to leave 4 plates total on it.
I once saw a granny in the gym struggling to remove a 45 pounder from a machine she wanted to use (not squat, of course). Ever since then, I've removed all my plates. What's easy for us isn't easy for everyone.
