    Oats did the exact opposite for me. They're a fricking scam, 700kcal for a bowl, most of it liquid. It's not filling or good for cutting at all. I can eat a small bowl of oats, or like 4 fricking eggs, 3 tomatoes, some lettuce, and some ham. It's not even comparable.
