I ate a $6 2lb bag of kroger trail mix the other day on top of a digiorno. Something like 8000 kcal. Only gained 6 oz from it. I have to watch it with dried fruit and nuts from now on. I just fixate on it until it's gone even raisins.

Not bad tbh since I'm also a runner and live in a place with harsh winters. Can physically feel the differnce in how hard cold bites at 11% compared to 14-16% even 60 degrees feels cold now. I don't want to get fat but I'm probably going to if this cold keeps me cooped up anyway.

I would go on a less steep cut. I went from 155 to 139 in about a month on accident. Now I have back pain from just sitting because it ate all the fat in my ass and there's not enough to cushion the sharp parts at the back and bottom of my pelvis.

No one just sits there and eats all the nuts. You get your small pinch bowl or whatever and have it with something then you're creeping back to the kitchen every half hour until it's gone. In what feels like dissociative episode where you're just watching yourself.

Most stores have small pouches you can buy that are like 150 cals only.
You don't have to eat a handful either. It's so much easier to just not snack than it is to calculate calories.
Just weigh the container in the morning and at night and log the difference. It's not really an ordeal.
Its a well known fact that snacking or eating unhealthy makes it harder to stay on a diet. Thats why I had to throw all mine away. Its okay, it happens. Just try again tomorrow
