I'm nearly 30 and women from mid teens to late 40s have expressed interest in me. Thank God I have tight, oily skin and nice hair. If I'm like the rest of my family I'm gonna look 20 until I'm in my early 60s. My wall is unironically joint pain and things like that. I feel limited because I've accumulated damage. Fixing that now so I can just look and feel young for a long time. Out of my way agecels

Sleeping around doesn’t do it for men. It’s a cult to bully virgin morons. Once you have sex. It’s nothing special. It’s not exciting like being a 17 year old about to lose it. It’s boring. Being in love is different and being intimate with a lover is like being 17 about to bang your gf for the first time.

I can tell by your post you’re a virgin.

  14. 3 months ago
    Anonymous

Just turned 30 few months ago and the cope was real as I expected. When you hit 30 you still feel like a ‘Chad’ because you think you are in a new decade and new things are coming, but my friends are turning 31 and 32 and they told me that honeymoon phase of 30 is over and now you are in your thirties for real.

Every years gets worse and no, you can unfrick the brutality of aging and your peak is over sooner than later. That’s why monk mode is so bad. People are willing to go 5 years ‘improving’ and gymcelling instead of just going try to get a gf while they are still young.

Staying lean gets twice as hard, gains are minimal and you can feel your test dropping if you frick up your sleep.

Now the girls part. Personally I think I was at my peak at 28. Right now I think my smv dropped like a mf. Girls look at me but I just know they have better options than me despite being an 6/10. In 2024 it will be worse.

I was here in 2020 posting my stories about how I used to pull my hoes. Now I turned into an incel. I’m dry since Oct 23.

How bad is your sperging? Do you have autism?

            Anonymous

It's minor aspergers which is apparently a variant of autism. There are certain subjects I'm obsessed with and discussions about things I'm not interested feel laborious, engaging in them requires a lot of effort. I experience social dysfunction at times but I've mostly trained myself out of that.

The thing is I'm good at hiding it but as a girl gets to you intimately they pick up on it.

My current autistic obsession is curing autism by optimizing gut-health which according to my research and first hand experience is possible

              >My current autistic obsession is curing autism by optimizing gut-health which according to my research and first hand experience is possible
Hope that works out for you.By the way a prolonged fast is the best way to reset your gut microbiome.

                Anonymous

Yeah I have been doing plenty of fasting and noticed fantastic results. I have confirmed gut dysbiosis and even saw the little worms under a microscope.

I see I'm not alone; I'm decent at hiding my sperg level in public but when I get 1 on 1 with someone it shows very quickly so I don't even try dating anymore. I'm also depressed and giga anxious and autistic about food and have blood-injection-injury phobia so it's not fun everyday kek. Maybe look into Ray Peat regarding the gut microbuome and curing autism, if you don't already know about the guy, there's whole microcosm of spergs like us relayed to this guy, especially prolific on twitter.

                >autistic about food

If my understanding is correct spergs tend to only ever want to eat 2 or 3 foods and are totally disinterested in eating anything else. When autistic kids are forced to eat different foods it decreases their tism. Try forcing yourself to eat different but healthy foods, this will diversify your microbiome. Haven't heard of Ray Peat, can you recommend some content of his?

                Anonymous

I'm not so much autistic about specific foods but about optimizing nutrition through foods and I'm adamant about only eating stuff I consider fit my current nutrition knowledge "build", otherwise if I eat other things prepared by others etc it messes up food diary and introduces unknowns about the food effects.
Chadnet website has a section about Ray Peat with lots of his articles, although it's pretty advanced material so I'd recommend reading impero substack Ray Peat introduction first.
I like Weston Price a lot as well, lots of good stuff in his famous book.

Because the majority of them are still-wet-behind-the-ears zoomers. 30 is half a lifetime away for most of them. Every year they'll get older and feel like they did the year prior. Then one day they'll wake up, and simultaneously realize that 1) they are now 30, and 2) they're still young, just not as dumb (hopefully).

I feel like my early 20's caught up with me and now i'm finally seeing the light at the end of that tunnel. I feel much better now at 30 than I did at 25. I go to the gym 4 days a week, sometimes doing doubles, and I eat much healthier, very rarely do I drink alcohol outside of work events. I finally feel more in-control of my life and my body and it's given me much more confidence and I take care of myself much better. I can see myself aging much more gracefully now. My hair on the sides and my beard is starting to go grey but my wife likes that look anyways so it works out.

I don't think it has to do with my appearance, because I have always been fit but when I got out of my last LTR and was single in my mid-thirties again I had a very easy time hooking up and dating, and it was a lot more difficult for me in my early to mid-twenties.

  34. 3 months ago

Not at all, I've always been slim, I'm 30 and my face and hair are almost the same when I was 20. But some of the guys I know, younger ones to add are already balding, have gray hair or did transplantation. Hell, even my own brother who's just 23 is having bald spots on top, sad.

    I don’t feel I’ve hit a wall at 33.
I do well financially, have good social standing, masters education, have sex daily, and am in great shape.

Do I wish I wasn’t balding? Sure. But part of maturing is realizing the value systems people work on in their adult years are very different than when you’re younger.

I can wax and wane between looking like a homeless person and looking like a well put together guy whose gonna start a company. What allows me to do this is my hair, I grow it out when I get lazy and don’t shave, but when I want to look good I keep it short and shave regularly. Its actually crazy how much less attention I get from women when I dress and look like a bum.

Just turned 37. Got real fat after I got out of the military at 28. Stopped fricking around and started getting fit again at 35, looked like a human again at 36. Lowest I got down to was 182 @ 11.6% body fat (6'3"), currently around 195, probably 17ish %. Ultimately want to be 200 and still under 15%.

Decent career, own my own home. No wife or kids. I wouldn't say I'm doing amazing by any stretch of the imagination, but I'm doing ok.

No reason to compare yourself to other people; there are always people who will mog you, and always people you will mog. The only thing that matters is that you today is better than you yesterday. Once you stop caring about that and give up is when you have officially hit the wall.

No, I'm not worried. I didn't date seriously from basically my mid-20s until last year. I was satisfied on my own. I'm seeing a woman now that is 10 years younger than me. It would be preferable to me to have someone to share my life with, but if it doesn't work out it's not the end of the world for me.

As far as kids go, there are 7 billion people in the world, and while I (of course) think I am a good man and would be a good father, I don't think my genes are so amazing that I am doing anyone a disservice if I don't have kids. The family name won't die with me either; my brother is a better dude than me, his wife is amazing and they have two kids already and will probably have a third.

No you don't. Teens have that high collagen and elastin that even people in their early 20's are already lacking. You acknowledge this which is why none of you ever post your fave
    >Muh I get carded
That's business procedure. Teens can clock you like the oldcel you are. Zoomers kek at every delusional millennial who claims to "still got it" and look "indistinguishable from a ln 18 year old". It's always failures who have nothing going for them, a mediocre career that cling on to this delusion that they still look young. You don't have any of the benefits that come with seniority like actual life experience, a high status job and respect so you have to be a the equivalent of a troony, clinging to your delusions to cope with reality. To be honest I think most men don’t hit the wall because they were never attractive enough for there to be a large change in their life/status because of degrading looks. I went from a 4 to a 3 personally, I wouldn’t really call this walling since there were never advantages to begin with. Meanwhile my money is up which I guess is what people refer to when they say male status increases. I think the vast majority of men never had the privilege of good looks to begin with, so there isn’t a wall. While a lot of pretty girls get by on looks alone and when those fade they feel like their life is over.

I did. At 23-25, I looked fricked up, mainly from academic burnout and hating myself. I drank to excess. Now, I am destroying the wall and 60 days before my 26th birthday, I am the most muscular, pound for pound.

I started on fin in october and I already have a little regrowth. My corners have gone back a but but otherwise I have the same hair as when I was in middle school. I use sunscreen and tret daily, plus as an autist I avoid the sun, so my skin hasn't aged drastically. On top of that I finally achieved otter mode last year. So no, I haven't hit the wall, I look the best I ever have and I just turned 30

I hit the wall when I was born. I've literally been a complete loser for my entire life, currently 32.

I have absolutely nothing at all whatsoever in my life. No friends, no relationships or romantic experience ever, live with my parents but have very little relationship, no career, not even normal life skills. I'm terrified of everyone and terrified of everything. I can't relate to a single aspect of peope having a normal life, like everyone ITT is talking about.

Why I'm still alive, I have no idea. Most of my waking hours I think about how much I want to be dead and I even regularly wake up in the middle of the night and get swarmed by more thoughts about what a loser I am and how much I want to die so not even sleep gives me peace. It's over and it never even began

I’m just curious guys: Why is everyone, literally every person, on fit always talking about how they look 10+ years younger then they are? Why are people in society always telling them how young they look? And do they actually think that people are just gonna go around saying “wow you look so much olde than you are”?

      Anonymous

      1. It's very common to ask people their age. That said, if you're in your 30s and people genuinely say you look in your mid 20s or whatever, their point of reference is a 26-y-o busted up jr accountant at Shekelstein & Sons, as opposed to the average easy-going 26-y-o (who actually looks 20).
      2. No shit youth-mog threads have a bias for youthmaxcels. Same with powershart general and strong tubby boys.

I'm much more attractive at 32 than I was at 22. It comes does to a few things:
    Better body
    Better clothing style
    Better hairstyle
    More mature
    More confident
    More experienced
Have a career and high income

I have been going through a lookmaxxing phase for the last month also and I think that things are improving even more little by little

men who refer to themselves as "going to the gym" are generally fine. men who refer to themselves as "looksmaxxing" tend towards mentally ill. there's nothing wrong with trying to look better, there is something wrong with spending 3 hours a day on a lookism forum rating men's jawlines, contemplating jelqing, and measuring your wrists to determine if you should LDAR. it's very simple, if there's nothing wrong with you you have nothing to be offended by here.

27, though I can see visable aging in my face (forehead wrinkles, eye bags), my beard is much fuller, my body is improving every day, I'm making strides in my career, and every day I see more and more women noticing me than ever before. 20-30 is the deadzone for men. Sure, you're prettier and young. If you're an 8, 9 or 10 you'll do well. If not, women don't even see you. So you focus on the gym and your career. By 30, you'll be insanely desired for your money, power, and experience. Women want a daddy, or at least a strong and firm adult in their lives. Don't worry about the wall, because men can outrun it with the things women care about far more than looks: money and power. Just take decent care of yourself and you'll do wonders.

The thing about youth is that you don't really need to know shit about health and fitness to be healthy and fit.
As you get older and that boost starts to fade you need to start doing things that maintain or increase your looks, health and fitness.
The right diet, the right supps, the right training program, the right habits.
If you "hit the wall" as a male at early twenties it just means you dont take training seriously, have multiple nutritional deficiencies, fap too often, don't get enough sunlight, and/or other bad habits.

34, literally best years of my life right now
Fittest I've ever been, consistent lifting is great and I built a home gym since I have a job that can afford it
Career is awesome, moved up the absolute shittyfrick ladder in my 20s but now I'm a senior software engineer/lead a team, it's awesome actually. I miss coding (I only code like 10% of my day now) but directing projects/managing a team is very rewarding (heart of hearts: It fricking feels like I'm leading a team of adventurers in a generic anime or some shit, we are sorta left to do what we want by the company because we churn out SBIRs all the time)
Bought a house. Small as frick but come with an acre.
Fiance is moving in with me next month, we've been together for long enough now that she really is my soul mate. Lover her to death.
Have a book club, video game nights, and board game night at least once a month. I DM a DnD campaign. Way too much social shit always going on, which is always fun.
Barely leaves time for hobbies. Got a ton. I will say if you do nothing else. Gardening is the most rewarding and soulful hobby you could ever dedicate your life to.
I look mid20s to 30 I guess, it's hard to really pin it down since I see myself every day. Not balding or anything, no wrinkles, skin looks fine but I've always used face lotion w/ sunscreen so I guess that works out.
fiance and I go to conventions twice a year. We do couples cosplay and an individual one and then just bring a bunch of nips and get sloshed while doing all the fun anime shit.
Dunno bros, I feel like it's only gotten better with life as long as you purposefully keep up the momentum. To be clear my life was absolute shit in my 20s; I was depressed, no friends, got obese, became an alcoholic. Around 28 I had a come-to-jesus moment and realized that this is it, and I wanted to be a different person, so I spent a year fighting against my habits before finally turning them around.

I actually looked sorta like the left pic for the first half of my 30s, was pretty fricking awesome. But then shit happened, life took a serious downturn which I think played a hand in aging me and now at 39 I'm starting to look a little rough, graying/thinning hair, wrinkles, the usual. 30+ women seem into it though, if only I was into them I could be banging old milfs all day lmao.
Anyway who gives a shit, aging is inevitable, just live your life and go hard.

I started using sunscreen everytime i go out, using adapalene everynight, following a skincare routine of moisturizer + face cleanser + eye cream + gotu kola cream for undereye bags + effaclar for the few acne i still get.

I dont drink alcohol, i dont drink coffee, i dont drink tea.

I drink lots of water and no junk food.
Sometimes i take days off and go with friends to garbage food places.
Am 24 and ppl i havent seen since school tell me i look the same, while they did hard partying and look 10 times older kek. Inshallah i become next chuando tan and get money

Nah, I looked like shit 19-23 because I ate like shit, didn' work out, and got drunk 3 times a week

6 years later of working out, eating better, and absolutely no drinking, I completely MOG my younger self mentally and physically.

The people who mogged me at 21 look like shit now though. So maybe some of us are just late bloomers

  97. 3 months ago

I look miles better than I did in my early 20s, only my hairline is definitely getting a bit worse. I've always had a pretty high forehead, though. In my early 20s I almost had a moon face from how much I was drinking and how bad my diet was. My jawline is incredible and my cheekbones are actually visible. I'm extremely confident about going into my 30s looking pretty good. Most alcohol disgusts me now and I hate eating food that isn't home cooked or from a good restaurant. I've been lifting regularly for 3 years now too
