Learn the true reason deep within your memory/psyche as to how and why you Are Addicted to Pornography and Masturbation. Think of the first time you watched porn and/or jerk offd. How has it progressed? Have you started watching more vile forms of porn, and doing more vile forms of masturbation? Has there been sexual trauma in your life? Where are you now? How do you feel looking back on it all? And seeing as you Are Leaving both behind, Let them Go Permanently. They are like weeds, both harmful/invasive living things but in spiritual forms (egregores/thoughtforms). Starve them out, root them out, and be free.

This is moronic. Porn replaces sex in the brain, sex is a strong natural motivator. Porn hijacks the dopamine cycle like videogames, scrolling, and high salt/sugar foods do. Asking what "trauma" led to porn addiction is like asking what trauma led to you being addicted to phone scrolling, it's moronic and nonsensical. Porn is a simple dopamine trap like anything else in the modern world, but extremely hard to quit because your brain thinks porn IS sex and it is hardwired to seek out sex no matter what.

i have some advice for you. if you want to have a specific habit, or a certain kind of habit, you have to be **it**. it must turn into something that defines you and you must define yourself by it.
you want to have a good body, healthy, etc? - being fit must be a part of you, it must define you, others known you as "the fit dude".
same thing applies for everything else, like reading, cycling, woman, career success and money, 4am club, etc
