I am the biggest DYEL the world has ever seen and my working weight on the cable row machine is 57kg
To be fair it was my last back exercise and my forearms were exhausted
Remember OP no matter where you are there's always some one better than you in the vicinity.
The guy looks like a DYEL even tho he is there when i get in the gym and is still there when i leave
You got moged hard you should an hero you'll never recover from this
I think i will never recover from this yeah, i will try to get to his level tho, i'm not a gay like you
I row 200 pounds. You both seem like gays
Age and how much time have you been training?
200lbs is gay tier though. i did 225lbs for 10-12 6 months into lifting. granted i dont do much more 13 years later but yeah.
Your form was probably extremely shitty in the beginning
You are telling me you did 90kg for reps on good form, without straining your back, just 6 months into lifting?
200 pounds is what you should row after half a year on starting strength, what's the flex here?
So basically half your bodyweight at most... Can you not do a single chin up?
I did 2 when i tried
I used to row a lot but then my lower back popped during a set and now I avoid that shit
Then what am i doing wrong, i mean my forearms were really tired so that has something to do definitely but i didn't feel like i could row much more, on the other hand i can pull 60kg nice in this machine
60kg isn't much, but janking the entire stack on rows/pulldowns/legpress like a maniac is one of the hallmarks of a noob. Also a good way to tear your shit (happened to me for thinking years of lifting made me immune to being a noob moron).
>60kg isn't much
What? It is
It's mid.
That's why you home gym before you go to a real gym. Get mogged like that is too brutal
if you get insecure when anyone lifts more than you, the gym isnt for you. there is always someone who lifts more than you at the gym. everyone is at their own place on their path to their goals.
If it’s any consolation anything lower than 90kg is literally dyel 1st year
