What's your excuse? You can literally gain like 40 lbs of muscle in a year if you actually put in the work. That's unironically better gains than most non-natty bodybuilders.

Unreliable. It can swing wildly based on a variety of factors and is on the same level of accuracy as skin calipers. MRI is the only actually accurate way and basically no one is going to pay that much to know how much muscle and fat is on their body unless they're wealthy and obsessed

How would that even work? And what would the cost be? Had an MRI before, not too expensive and fairly common these days. Have no idea how you would be able to calculate fat and muscle density off it though.

“I’m curious to know how much muscle lean muscle mass I’ve added” isn’t covered by insurance. Out of pocket expense for a full body MRI would be $3000 at minimum at some wealthy wellness type clinic

If he's really claiming that, then that's par for the course with these morons, because either he's outright lying, or inadvertently admitted to roiding.

he literally said at the end of the video that it's unsustainable for a natty and he's never going to do it again

This is unironically how natties get rhabdo, after 2-3 months like this your body will hard crash and you'll need the same amount of time just to recover which negates the gains

DEXA scans are crap. Ronnie Coleman scored negative numbers.

if anyone doesn't want to watch the actual video he straight up admitted the pro bodybuilding routine was completely unsustainable and the 3.6 pounds of muscle he gained was based on a DEXA scan, which he also admitted was probably very inaccurate. He even straight up asks people around his gym if they notice he got bigger and a majority of people say no
