Just do a light jog and alternate between jogging and walking when you start feeling too tired

Sprint short burst is better than running and doing the latter for two minutes is a lot for a beginner

It gets easier physically but mentally it gets hard you're going to see couples having sex in public and you're going to deal with a lot of homicidal drivers who think you're an evil butthole for doing cardio near traffic.

Those experiences are nasty bro sorry. Today I had a good run. Got a wave from 2 other runners, a "go on keep it up" from two old timers wasting time on a bench and a parked car turned on its lights for me and honked because there was an uneven, completely unlit area I was stopping for to not fall down. Good experiences make you feel good about your next run. Hope we all make it.

    >run for 1 minute
    >walk for 2
    >repeat x10
    >repeat 3x a week
    >next week run for 2 min
    >walk for 2
    >repeat x10
    >repeat 3x a week
    >next week run for 3 min
    >walk for 1.5
    >repeat x10
    >repeat 3x a week
    >etc until run for 30+ min
Gotta take it slow. The key is consistency like everything else. I followed the program above in college and went from no running to a 6 minute mile in 12 weeks.

Maybe you should start with regular walks before actually running.

      >go to gym for first time
      >load up 600lb on the squat bar
      >cant unrack it
This is how moronic OP is

Use a trampoline instead. You can use it while reading research papers even!

Yeah moron besides a thin layer of prefrontal cortex our body is a literal moronic ape creature. Getting your body fit is no different than taking your fat dog on a walk until it gets thinner, there's literally no different factors at play

It gets easier, but then you set higher goals and it gets harder again.

    Hello fellow sed-emite

You need to take it easy and build it up. You got the body and T of an old dying man right now

Do jogging or brisk/fast walk instead.

    yes anon it does
be able to walk 6kmh for 2 hours before you start running/jogging
slowly build up, like 10% at most per week on any metric (ie. only 10% faster or only 10% further)
unfortunately running is ass, but having a good cardio base is great
i dont run anymore, i bike for 30min a day and get 15k steps, really hate running.
