most people just start with like 16swg steel wire and a 5/16" steel rod from your local hardware store but you can also order rings premade online. Lineman's pluers are fine to start out with too, don't worry about special pliers until you've worked it a but first.

I visited amsterdam recently and although the weed was over priced and it rained constantly I was so jealous that those gays could walk or bike to literally anywhere in their city. I can't even go to the grocery door thats 15 min away from my house because there aren't any sidwalks there. It would be inifinitely easier to get laid or to make friends if I could walk to a club, friends house, etc. I like some aspects of the suburbs and I don't want to live in the middle of a noisy city but theres a middle ground between walmartopolis and whatever you're describing. I just want to walk damnnit.
