BED anons how did you stop the binging for good? Please, I need all of your tips. I'm struggling trying to lose weight, but one bad binge day just ruins my hard work and I find it hard to get out of it the next day.

I would love to hear your stories too, like what made it finally click for you? Did you find healthier alternatives to the food you crave? Or did you go cold turkey?

Do carnivore. Impossible to binge on, keeps you satiated for a really long time. Don't just do steak or ground beef all the time, throw in some eggs, sardines, liver or oysters, occasionally to get extra test boost. Don't touch dairy or plants(includes fungi), that's it

Kate Moss: “nothing tastes as good as skinny feels”. Sloot had it right and I’d remember that every time I wanted to eat. Though I don’t know if she actually said it but in my head she did.

Honestly for me what really changed everything was eating "clean" foods the entire time I was bulking for months. I used to constantly crave pizza and shit but now when I diet it's just an overall feeling of hunger, not this specific urge to eat junk food. I think trying to cut the goyslop and enter a caloric deficit at a same time is going to be too hard of a change for a lot of people, I would probably just eat whole foods at maintenance for a month or so before trying to diet again if I were you. Give your brain a change to ditch the 'slop addiction without the additional stress of dieting.

Your body is literally addicted to shitty food the same way smokers are addicted to nicotine.

Go cold turkey by eating only non-processed foods for a week or two. The first week will be hard but your body will adjust. After that the idea of eating McDonald’s or a cinnamon swirl will disgust you

Thank you anons, I will try to eat clean for the next few weeks and see if that helps. I'm a complete novice when it comes to cooking so if you guys have some healthy simple recipes, that would be great too.

every vegetable tastes better roasted or grilled vs steamed or boiled. if you like hot things most hot sauces are literally 0 calories and make plain rice, chicken breast, beans, etc. taste much better. If you don't think you would binge these things, making a few days of rice or beans at a time is good because they can be used in a lot of recipes or just eaten with some kind of flavoring and having healthy stuff ready to go will make you less likely to just say frick it and order a pizza or something.

You’re a gay just mix some Greek yogurt and protein powder together whipped real nice and pour it with some 0cal syrup onto some egg white French toast and go to town. It’s literally that easy just find a way to make a shit food a good food and then track the rest of your meals accordingly. Or is that too hard? (Please just do it I want you to be the best version of yourself)

Can't you people just binge some cucumbers and tomatoes? Eat like five kilos of salad instead of whatever this is.

    Hey king.

First off, I used ozempic, so consider that cheating if you want. I got full very easily so even my worst binge day was just 2500kcal total or so. And also got punished by bad nausea from overeating.

I kinda recognized that my mind (you are your self, mind Is separate) wanted to follow habits and get dopamine any way it could, and that food was part of that. When I started realizing it was that and not genuine hunger, that really helped me hreak it. I was fighting something I could win against instead of my own self.

I just eat less. It is really that simple. I still have garbage diet habits and love sweets, I just don't eat as many and I lose weight.

If you binge on sweets you will be too full to hit your protein targets. If you hit your protein targets you will be too full to binge on sweets.
