Stopped reading right there
Fucj you. This board is fricking useless. Just all go back to your calisthenics général fricking homosexuals
Cry
Read about various programs the do what is fun, Black person.
Also post body. I want to see what 3y ppl looks like.
come say that to my face tough guy
go back to latinx land pablo
This board, like most of IST, is just redditors who want to say Black person without hurting their updoots. Trying to get serious answers is pointless. Might as well stay on reddit for that lol
was like that before reddit
It absolutely was not lol. You could get decent advice if you looked hard enough now it's some post ironic hellscape
>This board is fricking useless.
You're part of this board. You're the one that is useless since you can't figure simple shit out on your own.
>Just all go back to your calisthenics général fricking homosexuals
lmao is this going to be the next thing where every powerlard thinks anyone that disagrees with them is a calisthenicsgay like cicotards calling everyone ketoschizo?
Anyone?
Try LPP, changed my life
>3years
shouldnt you know how to program your own lifting by now?
What kind of progress have you seen in those three years?
Went from 70kg to 90kg. All muscle (I know because people told me I look buff now, even my mom who's quite negative usually). My lifts are 1/1.5/1.5/2 for reps (I do usually 5 sets of ten - better for hypertrophy). Never done 1rm so don't know about this but pretty sure I can do 1234. I'm 5'7. Looking for a good hypertrophy program, don't want to do it myself since there's probably someone better than me at doing it that has already found the optimal one
Imma have to call post body but thats a bold claim for even 3 years lifting. Also I think its unlikely that you can get 3 plate squat and 4 plate dead from those numbers
>90kg
>5'7
can you post a pic? that seems too big, wanna see how much bf
>70kg to 90kg. All muscle
>My lifts are 1/1.5/1.5/2 for reps
>I'm 5'7
You're a fat manlet kek, please post body
>(I know because people told me I look buff now, even my mom who's quite negative usually).
People who don't lift equate fat gains with muscle gains.
>Never done 1rm so don't know about this but pretty sure I can do 1234
Based on 1/1.5/1.5/2 as a 10RM your projected 1RM for your lifts are:
180 / 233 / 233 / 300. You're only halfway there.
dude I got similar lifting numbers at 5'11 66kg lol, if I was ur height at the same bmi I'd weigh 60kg. You're fat and normies are just using the kindest word to describe that: "buff"
>5'7
>90kg
>doesn't even train strenght, so -1 excuse to be round
LMAOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
it's time for you to powerlift B)
Look up Westside Barbell shit. You won't get bored doing all that stuff.
I moved from the reddit ppl to PHAT after stagnating for months and no longer being able to progress as often, the volume is pretty brutal but it give you results, then I started cutting and couldn't stand the volume anymore and now I'm on PHUL, pretty good for now, I added an extra leg day but PHUL is not that heavy, once I finish cutting I will be back to PHAT
How long after you started did you switch to PHAT? I lifted for a little over 6 months and started stagnating on my lifts when before I was smashing PRs every session. Do you think nows a good time to make the switch?
not that guy but I probably lifted for a year before I started phat, I’m used to volume so it wasn’t as crushing but I also feel like I didn’t make much hypertrophy gains compared to strength that went through the roof for me
Almost two years right after I achieved 1/2/3/4, before changing programs first make sure you are eating and sleeping enough, maybe that's why you are not progressing
How do you stick to that for years, my elbows and lower back were wrecked after 6 weeks
>lifting for 3 years
>on same program
>want a new cookie cut program to follow
jesus dude
also septic tank of a thread overrun by newbies. questions like this are stupid and are always unanswered since people good enough make their own programs getting experienced in a lot many workouts by it are the ones who can make up a non-beginner actual programs. and they wouldnt because one, they dont know what is what about you in detail and two, that actually takes a lot of effort as much as making this a paid fricking job. so seriously, just go the frick back.
>Photoshopping yourself to be taller
Nice try Jeff
>Asking feedback about programs is bad
I hate nufit
not him but what feedback lmao? OP gave us absolutely nothing to work with other than he apparently has been doing the same generic program for 3 whole years
Just fricking lift. Why is this so complicated? Why do you redditors try to overcomplicate things to make yourselves look "smart".
I bet OP won't even post body.
do people unironically follow programs
i just go to the gym and lift the weights
What's with the perspective in that pic it's really weird
he 5 feet tall
I still don't know what the Reddit ppl is and searching for it brings up several things
coolcicada ppl with deadlift tossed in
>coolcicada ppl
>reddit ppl
>smolov jr
>Angion method
>Huberman stack
every time he's posted he gets shorter for some reason
chest/back , shoulders/arms , legs is a good alternative routine for ppl
Unironically brosplits are the best if you’re not scared of high volume.
Back
Chest
Legs
Shoulders
Arms
Abs pretty much everyday
Rest then repeat
>tfw I don't have "elite" 5'5" genetics
Life is tough being 6'4" lol.
