    But yeah as a former fatty myself don't focus on the end goal. Idek how many years in and also on peds and im still nowhere near my goal physique. Its a lifestyle bro just keep doing your thing til you get lower bf and then you get to bulk and can incorporate a lil treat or overall increase the mass of your meals every day to get to your 500-700 cal surplus. Having parts of the year I get to bulk plus all the compliments I get now made the 5000 midnight gym sessions after a 12 hour work shift worth it.

    Hey anon, really proud of you. Can you help another fatty out? I only lost about 60 this year because I was in a caloric deficit maybe 50% of the year. I ran out of motivation 3-4 times and spent several months eating like shit (including right now, but Christmas is at least semi-excused). What do? How do I stick to the deficit?
