pumps only superficially increase the size of your penis by only engorging the skin and outer portion of the penis, it barely makes any difference to the spongey erectile tissue which is what actually matters.
ive heard it actually causes the capillaries to burst? and then regrow more densely or something, was pretty sure there was something there that equated to sarcoplasmic hypertrophy but for dick tissue. wouldnt overengorging the penile vestibules cause them to stretch over time? and thus technically, even if transient, cause larger more full erections?
I've been using the bathmate for a while. It's kind of a pain to use, but at least it gives you an excuse to take a thirty minute shower. I'd probably recommend a more traditional pump with interchangeable tubes and a pressure gauge instead. Gains have been mild, but noticeable.

Not OP, i have been doing manual stretches for 4 months, got about 0.5 inches length. 5mins stretch with 3min pause 8 times alternating arms. Almost everyday. Girth i havent been measuring
