>you're an alcoholic pothead
I'm far more cognicient than you drunk and high. Go play some competitive video games or mma or something, all the real may thai guys drink and smoke all day, that's why they prizefight since young.
I would say one. Ashwagandha seriously improves my mood and lets me get through stressful times with zero issues. If i don't take it, I start getting stressed out under a high work load. I also have a lot of nice to haves that improve blood flow.
Its a meme for increasing testosterone, which is what most people here care about. There actually is some legit research that suggests it can help improve/manage stress levels though, and improve sleep quality. Butttt a lot of those studies were done by and on pajeets, so....
Yeah I thought it would be a meme, but it works extremely well for anxiety and stress for me. I don't take it for the supposed test boost. I have been working on a lot of projects in college, got finals to worry about and have been trying to score interviews, etc. Yet I'm usually totally cool and relaxed if I get decent sleep and take some.
I take 2:
Vyvanse (Adhd med)
Vitamin D
The vyvanse made stop liking e-girls for some reason and now I can only goon to plump, curvy women which I had zero interest in before.
adhd isn’t real, read https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=38274782 and tell me this isn’t all learned, environmental, or pathologization of normal behavior
do you know how this works, amphetamines were invented and then much later they made up some bullshit to profit from it post facto. you probably think shift work disorder or short term insomnia actually exist and aren’t bullshit excuses to push israelite pills, prescribed in a way that’s not even consistent with the studies they frauded anyway
Got prescribed Adderall for adhd and it's been night and day since I've started. Finally have the energy and wherewithal to meet my ambitions instead of slogging through a perpetual scatterbrained burnout.
That, black coffee, vitamin D and fish oil does it for me.
Just cod liver oil and vitamin c (all year round, doubled dosage in the winter).
Caffeine if I'm too fricked up in the morning to function like a human being (2x 200mg capsules, probalby 2-3 days a week on average. Frick brewing coffee).
That's about it.
Coffee daily, and the occasional energy drink (like maybe once or twice a month type of thing) for energy
A packet of multivitamins in the morning with breakfast, mostly just to round out my diet. Makes me feel healthy.
I smoke weed like twice a week on weekends. Im not gonna lie and say I use or need it for medical reasons, just feels good to do after a week of work and hitting the gym. I’ve always been good about keeping it moderate. I have too many responsibilities in my life that prevent me from becoming a daily stoner.
I will never take pharmaceuticals for my mental health. I feel like you will eventually become dependent on it and are actively rewiring your brain chemistry by taking them. Going to the gym, getting stronger and getting a good sweat has always been my therapy. Especially if you use the sauna after. I truly do not believe people need antipsychotics, and anytime I hear people talking about what they take because their shill doctor prescribed it to them I immediately lose a level of respect for that person.

This is applicable if you have garden variety anxiety/depression that can be resolved by going to the gym three times a week, but medication is a godsend for anyone dealing with a legitimate mental disorder
>but medication is a godsend for anyone dealing with a legitimate mental disorder
You’re probably right. I guess what I’m referring to is that MOST people who take it don’t need it. It’s like you said, people who have garden variety levels of mental illness. I do think people are hastily overprescribed medication since doctors have essentially become salesmen for the pharmaceutical companies.
that’s literally wrong, we’re seeing zoomers excessively pathologized and diagnosed, like 40% get a diagnosis and even therapists are calling foul that’s it’s unnecessary and only serves to hook them on drugs not improve their wellbeing, it’s like trans shit that would’ve gone away had some israelite not aggravated it but they were taught to act it out in an unhealthy way
To a hammer, everything looks like a nail. I'm not against people taking medications, but I wish they would stop making psychiatrists their first stop. If someone sees a psychiatrist, chances are they are getting meds pushed on them. Therapists can talk and teach healthy coping mechanisms, psychologists can officially diagnose, psychiatrists can prescribe. That should be the order people have to go through unless they have a psychotic break or something. I guess most people just want the "easy" solution though.
He is right.
I was somewhat recently prescribed antidepressants for my IBS which is caused by anxiety among other things and antipsychotics for sleep. It was a mistake even trying them out.
First patch of antidepressants didnt do much other than make my piss smell weird and make it difficult to coom. So they changed it and it had whole bunch of effects the first time around, which should have clued me not to continue to take them, yet I did. The antipsychotics were even worse amounting to being what is basically a dementia simulator and I didnt even take the full dose, or even take it daily. At first it just made you feel drowsy and like in a fog, but then it started to frick with memory and coordination.
I still have tinnitus from these things, hopefully there are no permanent effects.
I believe i had a dysbiosis(infer due to massive and quick symptom improvement due to probiotic), but brain fog with every food remains.
Someone on adv suggested diabetes or prediabetes and i think it's correct
I get injected paliperidone every 6 months. Doc insists on bloating me with benzos but i refuse to take them. He also insists in me take lithium but frick that shit, it makes you balloon up like crazy and it also fricks my brain up
I used to drink a lot of coffee and sometimes energy drinks but they never really did much except make me jittery. Never had the taste for nicotine either as it just made me nauseous and dizzy. However I recently started taking 20mg ritalin and holy frick does it put my brain and body to work. I feel like an actual human for once when I'm on it, literally everything I have had problems with for most of my life just goes away; my fatigue, depression, anxiety, burn out, headaches, everything. It's like a miracle drug and I can see why our great grandparents used this stuff as a cure all
I know it's not good for me though so I'm keeping tabs on my heart as well as my sleep and appetite. I will take regular breaks from it too
maybe 2 kratom teas in the afternoon to keep me motivated to work and give me that nice fuzzy feeling
i'm a recovering drug addict and use to booze every day in my 20s. lots of adderal to, prescribed. then I graduated to research chemicals benzos like clonozolam and smoking meth. man i was fricked up... I used to go to my law school classes high as frick and argue with the prof while having done 0 reading or having any idea what i was talking about
>goy pills less effective than a 10 minute walk when the studies aren’t frauded
psychiatry has one valid purpose: tranquilizing the mentally moronic, everything else is israelite bullshit
I dont take anything, tried some supplements but nothing really seemed to make an actual difference.
I did see a huge difference when I started eating a handful of walnuts and some olives for breakfast and afternoon snacks instead of toast or bread.
I take around 6 tbsp of kratom per day, spaced out at various intervals
I also take 650 mg caffeine
I go through about 1 1/2 tins of zyn everyday as well
other than that I'm good to go, clean diet, good supplementation, healthy relationships and productive work and hobbies
I live a relatively functional life but honestly these addictions frick with me on a spiritual level sometimes
I take none but I am also a depressed and anxious mess that wasted his entire 20's and contemplates sudoku every time he peels an onion so ask somebody else.
yes goy, fry your children’s brains with meth, it’s not the marxist crt loving shithead teachers that hate boys especially if they’re white, it’s adhd!
Nothing so far. Everything makes me feel worse or the same. I still regularly take supplements but there’s not really a noticeable difference in mood. Caffeine keeps me at a decent baseline I suppose. Only thing left for me to try is steroids.
Coffee, couple vitamin related shits, that's about it.
Anyhow regular people with "healthy" bodies: Vit D3, K2, Vit C, Magnesium, Zinc & Salt are the most important things you need to absorb daily that you are not probably getting enough of.
I had OCD about my hair falling out and fin and min made that go away, also my hair is lush and thick now, I have more than I know what to do with.
It's pretty nice.
What's beneficial about taking NAC? I saw it mentioned with magnesium, zinc, and vitamin d. All of which I take but it was mentioned that NAC made people not want to consume cannibus along with other anti anxiety benefits.
i take vitamin D during winter. thats about it
You're the weird one, smoking and drinking is too sick. Anyone who doesn't is sickly or something. The other shit is way too trashy and hard core.
>you're an alcoholic pothead
I'm far more cognicient than you drunk and high. Go play some competitive video games or mma or something, all the real may thai guys drink and smoke all day, that's why they prizefight since young.
i drink once every few months
To feel normal? None
To be productive? A few

it works, get a good extract; not the raw herb.
Yeah I thought it would be a meme, but it works extremely well for anxiety and stress for me. I don't take it for the supposed test boost. I have been working on a lot of projects in college, got finals to worry about and have been trying to score interviews, etc. Yet I'm usually totally cool and relaxed if I get decent sleep and take some.
the only studies that show that it does anything were all ran by jeets, the normal ones find nothing.
I take 2:
Vyvanse (Adhd med)
Vitamin D
The vyvanse made stop liking e-girls for some reason and now I can only goon to plump, curvy women which I had zero interest in before.
How did you know you had adhd
look at the symptoms and check if they fit, then if you can see a professional
adhd isn’t real, read https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=38274782 and tell me this isn’t all learned, environmental, or pathologization of normal behavior
>thing isnt real
>here's my source (non medical, irrelevant link)

>conspiracy theory
Ok bud
>Vyvanse
What dose you on bro? I just started taking it recently. At 40mg at the moment but the doc said you can push it as far as 70mg if needs be.

I take lexapro and oral fin/min for my hair
Two, caffeine and nicotine (zyn)
Ngl I often pop a Benadryl or melatonin to sleep

Got prescribed Adderall for adhd and it's been night and day since I've started. Finally have the energy and wherewithal to meet my ambitions instead of slogging through a perpetual scatterbrained burnout.

Used to stack modafinil and phenibut to get through a workday
Amphetamine, steroids, smokes.
