Being wrong about strength is what keeps them fat. Peaking your bench press with technique doesn't make you stronger. Someone with the same size chest is just as strong in the jungle whether he has a good arch and bar path or not. Worry about your 5+ rep max being heavier than last time, and being so due to the amount of stress it causes inducing muscle growth rather than your powerlifting technique improving, and then your only problem is gonna be eating enough.
If someone is fat they don’t have a problem eating enough you spastic frick, they’re eating too many calories as it is, hence why they’re fat, but they can’t lose any weight because they’re worried about losing strength
What I'm saying is that they're lifting wrong and if they lifted right then they would have a hard time eating too much on account of the high caloric demand of muscle synthesis and maintenance.
needs more data points, high r value between 3 points isnt that significant
still thats insane almost a perfect correlation

Being concerned about strength is what keeps fat lifters fat
i agree anon, i have friends that dont want to cut bc their lifts fall, and even in myself i like to hover around at my peak bulk just because of the better "strength"/leverages i have for ego's sake
t. level 4 wizard. Except I'm not really a wizard - past a certain point, if you jerk off to the same anime girls, your lovemaking becomes a stream of tiny confessions. You kiss the hollow of her collar bone and slide your hands under her t-shirt and she's here with you.
14% is ideal. Not fat and not weak either. I'm not even that anon. I was giving the guy the benefit of the doubt because what he said was correct and it turns out I was spot on.
At the average height of 5'9" peak natty is 14% 88kg.
No I'll go straight up 19-20% if I need to put on mass. I just finished my semi annual cut because it's a lot less hell to shead 15 twice a year vs 30 in the best time of year to be half naked.
I'm not concerned with losing weight, I just want to be very athletic, so I do a lot of running, calisthenics, and other functional shit.
I don't moronic meme shit like parkour and flips though.
having some fat is nice for the winter and plus I'll endure a famine easier.
People have different priorities, brah
its low iq issue imo. improving leverage =/= strength. you absolutely can bench 3pl8 as 160-180lbs, squat 4 pl8 etc. people get fat, have a lot of energy, better leverages and then they think they did progressive overload. but when they cut to their previous size, their lifts are the same.
if you are lifting anything below 1/2/3/4 for 6-8 reps and you think that your weight is holding you back, you are just coping. i benched 2pl8 for 8 @ 64kg. you just need to learn how to lift. there is no excuse for being fat.

Powershitters will delude themselves into thinking they're getting stronger when really they're getting fatter.

Being concerned about fat is what keeps dyels small
I prefer sex over getting bigger numbers on my lifts tbh.
You prefer your hands to be soft to touch your tellywhacker. It's fine that's your choice.
I weigh 47kgs and only sleep with anime girls.

how fat are you
14%
this doesn't match your previous post. are you trying to say you're dyel?

I'm the guy you're replying to: somewhere between 13-15% abs in the morning but not after drinking water. I don't want to get any leaner until spring.
it sounds like you're concerned about fat. so i take it you're small and dyel?

Pretty much.
It's mostly about looks if you can do 10 + pull-ups and 30 + push-ups you will impress normies

STRENGTH IS EVERYTHING
swapping out diddly and bench with pull up and dip would single handedly save powersharting
My favorite is the "yeah you have abs
but youre dyel in clothes" argument when all powershitters look like your average obese normies in clothes
