Being fit is so expensive

Lost 75lbs over 15 months finally have abs at 190lbs at 5'11 with 16.5 inch arms. 3 day split and 3 days cardio simple routine.

My lord am spending so much money on chicken, whey, veggies, fruit, porridge, seasoning for my air fryer chicken etc.

Like I've saved it back quitting weed and alcohol but frick me how is it this expensive to eat reasonably healthy? Bonkers!

Exactly I don’t believe him unless he’s on the juice. I just lost a shit ton of weight and currently 190ish as well but at 6’1 . I have zero noticeable abs.

i am 5'11" but have worked out much like op's routine except far more cardio for 15 years and have abs flexing at 190 ideally though would be 185 or lower for a more athletic physique i am just dogshit at cutting. I also maybe have 15.5 inch arms but i am sure i am just moronic yea that's it or maybe i don't have the genes kek or maybe i didn't eat enough indian slop like the master aryan indo race

Everything is more expensive than it used to be. 20 years ago fast food/take out every night was probably cheaper than cooking your own meals. Eating health is still cheaper than the alternative. Frozen/ready meals are barely food.

homie, you are lying your ass off right now. Abs and timestamp or I don't believe you.

These comments are ridiculous. I am 6ft and I have had visible abs at 180-190lb. I have never had abs below my belly button though, because I started off too fat.

Acting like this is impressive. What are you 18? I've got abs at 6' 220 lbs but I'm also in my 40's.

Expensiveness is the only reason why I'm not eating lettuce and fruit every single day. Instead im just doing the 50/50 rule (50% junk, 50% healthy) with a cup of unsweetened coffee. I feel great but I think I'm eating too much sugar. It starts to make me sick after a while.

Yeah my favored veg is bok choy but it's pricy to use it as my standard. I don't mind cabbage too even though I've been finding caterpillars in mine now that it's getting warm again.

    >veggies
    stop talking like an imbecile
frozen vegetables are fine and cost a fraction
    >whey
nowadays its a scam as you can get lean protein much cheaper (chicken, fatfree cheese - your local variety, canned tuna etc)
    >porridge
useless and a scam. get some millet, buckwheat or oats abnd you got an empty canvas that is waitin for you to add flavor.
    >fruits
unironically not as great and healthy as many people think
