incline is best imo. if you want to hit upper pec best I'd consider doing reverse grip bench. Don't worry about upper being more developed than lower, it just won't happen

Anon that’s all women. The reason black women are not viable is how they behave. Even a more “classy” or “white acting” black girl has a lot of the same issues. And all of these are the same issues as most women, but they’re like 5x worse in black girls. It’s so over. In the 1940s, this would’ve been so simple. We were dumb, wholesome, and simple minded then. Now everything in black culture is still dumb and simple, but also incredibly obscene. This might imply that doing incline is useless since upper pecs work around the same percentage in 0, 15 and 30 degrees, but you hvae to keep in mind that the middle and lower pec significantly drop in activation and allow the upper pec to go to failure, meanwhile on the normal bench, depending on your arch, your mid and lower pecs could be getting all the stimulus while the upper pec might not be stimulated sufficiently. Rather than excluding the incline, this suggest to do incline first and then do normal benching for the best gains.
I didn't know people focused on upper pec, surely lower pec gives you a more boob look which is what people want these days. is decline bench good for this?

if it's a machine and you care ONLY about chest/tricep pump AND protecting your shoulders. otherwise, no.
well, free weights are fine for the same reason actually. better if you care about improving balance as opposed to avoiding it.
i am just way more comfortable on a low incline (15-30 degrees) than in flat so i do that, the plus is people see me repping 205 on incline and think i am stronger than i actually am
